Just lounging by the beach, cold beer. Crowd watching, surf watching. Just pure island laziness and sloth. In a cool way

Berawa Beach Tavern is cool place hide away from busy streets. On the beach with local expats crew. Usually after work going there to meet friends and have beer with them. Nice easy going place. Love it,

If you ask me its the best place in canggu. As basic as can be but cant be more relaxed. And there is no tourists, just people you know.

Like most that have been coming or to, are living in Bali, we are getting tired of the craziness of Kuta/Seminyak area and are looking for the good old days! Look no further, Berawa Beach Tavern is as close as it gets to the good old days. A small and quaint bar close to the Berawa temple is frequented by... More

Followed the directions to get here from Trip Advisor and realised it was the beach I had surfed at previously and that the small building I had seen then was the location of the Berawa Beach Tavern. After reading the reviews on TA I was expecting a totally different venue. Yes cold, cheap beer. No fruit juice. Very basic set... More

Love Berawa Beach Tavern! A great spot for a lazy Saturday sunset with super ice cold beers or a glass of wine, after walking the dog at the beach. Meeting old and new friends with a lot of activities for kids. Don't forget the Wednesday specials, with home made dishes all along from Germany! Thumbs UP!

This is a place you wanted to be in the 80's but hello this is 2013. Yes basic but what are you here for? This is just perfect no frills, but genuine atmosphere with real people, down to earth. If you want to show-off not the place and anyway nobody cares. A real meeting spot and you can be a... More

I found the Berawa BT accidentially but just in tome to have a cold beer and watch the sunset. It's close to KuDeTa but luckily doesn't have the same crowd. this place is alive and maybe has the cheapest beer on the strip. The had a DJ that evening but I am not sure if that's the case every night.... More

I came there last Friday for the first time. I was starving because I delayed my lunch so I ordered a Beef Burger. When it was served after only a couple of minutes it looked like you would imagine a burger. Great taste, also the french fries were perfect (golden brown, not yellow). It is a very quiet beach, nobody... More
