We're sorry your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We have our bar separate, as we usually have a line out the door during lunch hours. While folks will typically order food only once, it is common for them to refill their pint glass....More

You can enjoy fish and chips anywhere, but the Alaska Fish House sets the bar high. First, the view of the harbour and Ketchikan, is amazing. The fish is fresh and served warm and quickly. A bit crowded, but that's because it is so good....More

We had a great meal of fresh fish and chips after our excursion. The line was long, but moved relatively quickly. The seating was limited, but comfortable outside. There was some confusion as to drinking beers outside, and that was not handled well by the...More

The menu is efficient food style. You pay and they bring the food out to your table like Culver's or Panera. We walked by the kitchen and could see a chef cutting up a salmon. So, maybe fresher than the two big names I dropped....More

The fish house can do grilled salmon or halibut on a salad for a gluten free dish but the restaurant cannot be certified as gluten free if you have a severe case.

The Alaska Fish House is easily Ketchikan's first choice for fresh Alaskan seafood. Visit us at the end of Main Street, just a short walk from the cruise ship docks. Enjoy gourmet seafood dining next to the most historic fishing fleet in Ketchikan. Try a complimentary sample of our delicious smoked salmon corn bread while ordering from our menu featuring alder-grilled salmon, halibut & chips, crab, and our famous smoked salmon chowder. Ship home the same smoked salmon that we feature on our menu.
