The halibut and salmon are pretty good. The deep fry is good because they use panko instead if batter!! It's good!

I tried this place based on advice from a couple of visitors. I had the fish and chips (halibut) and it was alright. Very greasy, as expected. Nothing special, but not bad, about the same as the other fish and chips in town (bamboo room...More
Great little food shack in haines! Space is limited when you want to eat there but take out is also possible. Halibut and chips is very good and should be tried out. Love to be able toneat local and with locals too!
A definate must when in Haines. Prices are best around and the quantity of fish for the price is great.

We had amazing food from this little unassuming food trailer. Extremely fresh salmon and halibut. The rockfish sandwich is a rock star. The service and cleanliness was top notch. We ate here several times in a few days. Don't pass this place up.
. . .so we got a combo basket. 4 small pieces of fish and fries for way too much money. and the fries were kinda soggy. yuckaroo.
We were recommended Al's Salmon shack from our RV park, and unfortunately it was closed that night. We had some for lunch the next day, and although not cheap, it was really good. It seems to be only open for lunch at the moment.
THE fish and chips place in Haines. And the shrimp basket is to die for. Quick service, outdoor seating or take it home. Great for families.
