What a fabulous restaurant! We were staying at El Establo but the food at Thomas and Thiago was a third of the price and 100 times better! Delicious food and drinks, fabulous service and a great price. Thank you for having us!

We were here as part of a group tour and needed something quick. Our guide picked the restaurant. Good location, efficient service. Some people in our group got their food more than 35 minutes after ordering (just a hamburger). Food quality was ok. The Casado...had fluffy rice, unimaginative beans, a good salad, an overcooked egg, an almost black plantain and a chicken breast that was so dry I could not finish it. My wife had the same thing and the chicken breast was also dry. The chicken nuggets (granddaughter) were also overcooked and dry as well. Prices seemed a bit steep, but that is of course debatable. There are lots of other (and less expensive) options available with good local food. Not recommended.More

Spotted this restaurant on the way to our hotel. Oh what a find the stake was gorgeous well cooked and melted in the mouth. Get there early it gets full very quickly in the evening.

My wife and I ended up eating here twice during our stay in MonteVerde and each time was excellent. Variety of interesting options on the menu and the pork ribs were some of the best I've had. Very friendly service and we felt good about...supporting a family run restaurant. Highly recommend!More

Came to this restaurant with Dorian from G Adventures and what a recommendation it was. Absolutely stunning food and the staff were very accommodating to my needs of beer. The steak was cooked blue and perfect. Not many restaurants get that right. We also had...a birthday cake for one of our group which they were very happy to sort. We had the best service at this restaurant that we have had in ages! From the moment we walked in the door the young woman serving us was very attentive. It’s not a fancy restaurant but the decor was pleasant and the food was good.
