I only had one meal at Mar Luna, but it was a wonderful meal. I sat up to the bar, had a great conversation with the english speaking bartender, and really enjoyed my casado which was made to perfection. I will definitely be back!

We got this tip from our hotel night manager and took a short taxi ride up the hill, because it was raining, heavy. All six of us called this the best seafood dinner we had during our 3 weeks trip through CR. We enjoyed everything from the cocktails to the desert, and the service. We went there just once, because... More

I thought the food and service was very good. The meal was very good and the atmosphere was very nice. The staff here are exceptional and I would go back in a heart beat. I found the cost of the meals very reasonable.

Food was really good. We had a problem with the rice being too hard. However, they took it back and replaced it with no problem. Nice place and unexpected from looking outside. Nice sunset too.

I had the steak and shrimp and really enjoyed dining at Mar Luna. Service was friendly and professional. Very relaxed atmosphere and amazing views of the ocean from the open air dining room especially at sunset.

My husband and I collectively ate shrimp, lobster and the mahi mahi with heart of palm sauce. It was among the most delicious and fresh tasting seafood we had while in Manuel Antonio, though a bit over our budget. Pura Vida!

Spent a lovely evening dining here, We enjoyed our delicious food. I had shpimp and pasta in a white sauce and would go back in a heartbeat.! City lights can be seen at night, very romantic with candlelight on tables. Great service.

I had the "chef's recommendation" on the tuna, which was a white wine / garlic sauce. The tuna was perfectly seared with a great sauce. Stumbled there by accident, but will go there on purpose next time!

Nice little place with a beautiful view. There were 11 in our group and the wait to get dinner was over an hour and the place was empty when we got there. They have happy hour between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. with two for one cocktails. I was able to order from the lunch menu since I was not... More
