When you get tired of the wonderful seafood in Santa Teresa, this might be an option. On a huge grill ...meat! Take a table away from the grill or you will bake too. Average prices and... food!

We loved the food and the ambiance at las piedras. The grilled tuna is to die for and the meat is surprisingly good! They grill all the meat and fish on wood fire, which gives the food a great smoky flavor. Their sides are good too, mashed potatoes perfecto! We finished dinner with an excellent homemade brownie.

Las Piedras was at the bottom of the road on which we stayed, and it tempted us daily. We went for dinner one night, and four of us shared one of their platters. We got to try every meat option, had an abundance of sides and great sauces - chimichurri was so, so good! We couldn't finish every bite but... More

I have done two trips to Santa Teresa - Costa Rica and ate here almost every night. The slow fire roasted chicken and ribs with the homemade sauce and mash is to die for. My mouth still waters just thinking about it. I want it right now. Oh and they let you bring beers and even keep them in the... More

We loved this place! We tried to eat there twice but it was closed on Monday. Best food and amount of food for the money. My husband had the steak and it was huge and delicious. Good variety.

If you like meat go here. It's a lot of fun watching the chef cook up your steak on the large outdoor grill. And the chimmicuri is fantastic. One piece of advice. If you find yourself at Las Piedras, try and grab a seat as far as possible from the grill, or you might find yourself getting a little bit... More

The chicken and home-made chimichurri sauce was to-die-for. Also, the "water smoothies" or whatever weird name they gave them, were delicious fruity beverages and very refreshing. Don't get the steak. The ribs looked good but I didn't try them.

Grilled vegetables casado and grilled fish filet on fire: 10/10. Loved the ambiance: great music with wood fire burning making this place a very special one. Will be back for sure!

How have I gone so long without chimichurri in my life? I ordered the casado with pollo and was very happy with it. Beautiful restaurant.
