I was in a Group of 26 and we were greeted and seated in double quick time. There was some confusion about ordering, built once sorted it was all good. Ours was the set menu with six courses but with lot of choices for entree, soup, mains and sweets. We even had a wide choice of beverages. Service was excellent... More

3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 January 2014 via mobile

Bread was the best part...from there it was downhill with small portions (1 piece of broccoli) and a somewhat limited menu. I had sliced steak with rose salt...meat was tough and spices in a dish instead of rose salt. I did get a free frozen mango shot which was a nice pallet cleanser at the end. Would not go back.

Staying in People’s Square

Neighbourhood Profile
People’s Square
People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you would expect from the town square of one of the biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow in and out of the area every day to see grand museums, go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied food centers. Shanghai residents, meanwhile, live and work in the many residential and office high-rises. While much of Shanghai stays busy late into the night, this really is an area that never sleeps with glitzy nightclubs keeping people up until the wee hours of the morning.
