I've eaten at this restaurant at least 20 times since I've have been in Shanghai! It never disappoints!! If you're in Shanghai then it's a must. Service is also very good

We have eaten at their restaurant in Sydney and Hong Kong and always enjoy the meal. This was no exception. We had a selection of dumpling including their soup dumplings, Xiao Long Bao. Excellent meal. Recommend if you like a dumpling.
