It's a very theatrical dining experience and there is none of this kind in this world. It's full of surprises. The music, videography, the setting, and of course the food, no words could describe how exhilarating this meal is. I want to do it again...More

To resume, is a once in a lifetime experience, author cuisine taken to the far limits complemented with one of the best pairing I've had in my hole life. It's not just the food, but music, aromas, visuals and textures that make this not only...More

It's an incredible experience. The food and drink pairings were overall excellent. Mostly small bite size dishes... enough to make sure you're more than satisfied by the end of the 20 course meal. Each dish was unique and UV does a great job of telling...More

The price tag is insanity and I still can't believe we paid that much for this experience. However, at the same time, I've never experienced anything like this so in a sense, it was worth the price as there is nothing to compare it to....More

This restaurant is liberty's because of the anticipation, attention to details and overall fun creates through the audio and visual accompaniments to the courses. The format of making it like theatre is effective and wouldn't be out of place at any arts festival. The hosts...More

No, they don't do anything special. The whole menu is special! You have absolutely no choice, it is a succession of more or less 12 plates of culinary art. When you pay one thousand dollar per person for a menu, you don't... More

No. Their dress code is "be yourself". While we were in top hats and tails, the guy opposite was wearing a Polo shirt. I think you could go as dressy or as un-dressy as you like.

Conceived by Paul Pairet for over 15 years and opened in May 2012, Ultraviolet is the first restaurant of its kind uniting food with multi-sensorial technologies in order to create a fully immersive dining experience. A single table of ten seats only. A dining room of high-end technology. A 20-course "Avant-Garde" set menu. All guests sit together. The experience unfolds as a play. Food leads. Each course is enhanced with its own taste-tailored atmosphere: lights, sounds, music, scents, projection, images and imagination... And food.
