The food in this place is to die for. If you are a foodie you will love this restaurant. You will feel transported to old Paris. Love the touches of chandelier and furniture.

Wonderful.....with plenty of dishes and set menus if you simply can't decide. The ambiance made for a romantic Friday evening but would equally suit a professional business dinner. The staff were knowledgable and helpful in guiding us to the food and wine decision we made...More

Over a hundred menu items from which to choose. Sea bass was uninspired and mushy. The chop with almond crust was very nice. Charcuterie plate was a nice size, but it was simply piled with meat, none of the typical accompaniments were included. Service was...More

The Bund
While there are certainly many other “bunds” in the

monoliths were built when it was part of the Shanghai
International Settlement run by the British and
Americans. The atmosphere of colonial-era luxury has
endured over time and is now found in the five-star
hotels, luxury brand boutiques and expensive

Description
Mr & Mrs Bund – Modern Eatery by Paul Pairet. A modern French eatery. Relaxed chic atmosphere, heritage Bund location.Mr & Mrs Bund is French, in the manner of Chef Paul Pairet: born, traveled, and globally stamped. Contemporary, but not stuffy. Relaxed, without sacrificing an ounce of chic. We serve populist French favorites, through Pairet's looking glass. Service is family-style, recast for a modern table, and the wine list includes 32 wines by the glass. We riff on classics, we dish up comfort cuisine, and we serve it just like you would Sunday night dinner – sharing-style, and with plenty for seconds. It's a straightforward menu that takes simple French classics to start, and then let you add and play. Mash-ups: not just for potatoes and DJs anymore. Hours: Dinner: 5:30pm to 10:30pm (Monday to Sunday); Late Night Supper: 11:00pm to 2:00am (Thursday to Saturday)Accolades: No.43 in 2013 & No. 76 in 2014 by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants & 51-100 list; No.7 in 2013 & No.11 in 2014 by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants
