We chose a special fixed menu dinner rather than a la carte. We had a table at the window with great city views. We were the only non-asians guests or staff.

Stepped in with 4 colleagues for a quick dinner and were presented with a $400 bill for a fish that tasted off, beef that was fatty, and vegetables which were not fresh. Avoid.

Americans. The atmosphere of colonial-era luxury has
endured over time and is now found in the five-star
