it is located across the street from Yang's who you should also try...we did both the same day. There is better seating in Yang's including an upstairs area. BTW...don't mind eating the tiny shrimp heads in the soup...its... More

Foreign cards are usually no good in local restaurants. Do carry some cash with you if you intend to go 'local'. :)
