The food and service is usually outstanding but tonight must have been new employees. Didn't get croutons on my salad and the fruit bowls weren't made equal.

We ate dinner here while traveling through the area. The kids have enjoyed other Newk's locations and this one maintained the positive impression. Good food at reasonable prices, friendly staff, and clean restaurant. On this visit we had pizza and mac-n-cheese. Everyone enjoyed their food,...as usual.More
This is the first time we had eaten at a Newks and would return. Food was good and COVID safeguards were clearly in effect. We ate on the patio and would definitely return. A good value.
The service and the food was great and fresh, chicken salad was fresh and delicious..!!! You will LOVE it, if you try it..!!!
Great Food EVERYTIME❣️ Newk’s Q, The Debra and ALL salads and soups are Amazing‼️🤗 Sooooo Consistent at EVERY Location that I’ve been to❤️
This is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. Food was great and customer service was outstanding. Will definitely visit again if in the area.
This Newks opened around the corner from our home a couple of years ago. Once we finally ate there, we've kept going back as much as possible. Really good sandwiches (try the chicken salad!), pizzas, super salads. The 7 layer strawberry cake is fantastic. Fast...and friendly service with good prices. We've ordered online a couple of times and it saves much time and the food is nice and warm when we pick up, plus they have a delivery service, if needed. Love it.More
I went in with a few friends for lunch. I ordered a slice of caramel cake. It was absolutely not edible. I had two bites and I just couldn't eat it. A friend also tried it and said the same thing. It was stale and...tasted terrible. I emailed the restaurant to let them know and they never responded.More
I always get the grab and go! They have great sandwiches and it is usually faster than drive through.
Newk’s is always consistent and friendly. The food is delicious. 10 out of 10. Definitely try it out!
Stopped in around 8 pm after a 5k racing event for a late dinner, There were very few people in the restaurant. Service was quick and very friendly. We were both pleased with our pizzas. Good food, good service. Great location if you are in...the area shopping.More
Talk about a big box of food! Recently had a meeting catered by newks and there were huge salads and sandwich boxes along with their delish tea. I got the chicken salad sandwich and it came with chips, a fruit cup, a pasta salad And...dessert! These folks drove a long way (approx 30 miles)to cater our lunch and we couldn't have been more pleased!More
Newks is a great restaurant with terrific soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and desserts. This location is in a small strip mall near Costco and has a well-lit, clean, and welcoming interior. Staff members are personable and helpful. The menu is fairly extensive and I have...enjoyed everything I have every tried. Some of the sandwiches have a honey mustard spread on the freshly baked crusty bread--it is wonderful! The creole-type sauce on some sandwiches is delicious and not spicy. The meats are flavorful and the veggies are always fresh. The pizzas are super--always fresh with plenty of toppings and a crispy crust. The salads are a mixture of spring greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and a selection of dressings. The soup menu changes daily with 5-6 choices each day. Every one of them is awesome!! Newks has a To Go section where you just walk in and select prepared food to go. In addition, there is a "Round Table" in the middle of the restaurant that has self-service bread sticks, roasted garlic cloves, shredded parmesan cheese, pickles, croutons, capers and more. Awesome!! Don't miss lunch or dinner at Newk's!! Try to save room for the multi-layer cakes, brownies, or Rice Krispie treats!!More
Came here as we were shopping at Costco. There was a line, but the front door staff did a great job of keeping things moving. I had the Italian sandwich, and my wife had a salad. Both were tasty, and well presented. The restaurant was...clean and organized including the restrooms. The addition of a hand washing sink outside of the restrooms was a thoughtful touch. My wife misses the location on Airport, as it was close to her office.More
Christmas shopping in Mobile, Alabama - how much fun! Spent so much time that we became starved. My friends are locals and they suggested that we go to Newk's to have a quick bite so we could continue our shopping. I had never been, but...tagged along since they are rarely wrong. Upon entering, I was confronted by a menu which was really difficult. There were so many options that sounded so good, I couldn't make up my mind. I read the menu over and over: there were sandwiches, soup, pizza - how does one decide? I was holding up my friends as I considered each offering. Finally, I chose a sandwich called the Royal, because one of the ingredients was Creole mustard and I love anything Creole. My sandwich was scrumptious. The bread was fresh and soft, the meat plentiful, the Creole mustard subtle so those who don't care for Creole spices do not have to fear the overbearing heat that Creole can be sometimes. At the front of the restaurant was a miniature bar offering grated Parmesan, pickles, jalapeno pepper, banana peppers, croutons, and a couple of other items. A really smart idea on the bar: take out boxes. We could thus choose the size we needed and we didn't have to wait for a box. The drinks were self serve, so we didn't have to worry about a waiter noticing that our cups were empty. As a side, I chose a pasta salad. I was really sorry that I had not chosen the macaroni and cheese. My friend let me taste his and it was delicious. Had my sandwich not been so filling, I would have placed an order for the mac and cheese. My other friend ordered kale soup. I didn't sample it, but she said it was superb. This place was really, really clean. It was bright and cheerful and we were able to sit in a comfortable booth. I didn't feel as if the staff were trying to hurry us so they could sit another party even though the restaurant was filling up with other Christmas shoppers. I eat very slowly and we were gossiping and delighting in the bargains we had found, so lunch took us well over an hour. I detest when I feel that I am being hurried and have to wolf down my food, so I really appreciated the leisurely pace. It is too bad I live so far from Mobile. I am ready for another sandwich. Maybe it's a good thing I don't live close: I want to try everything on the menu since my sandwich was so good.More
