I had a good chicken shish kebab here and the waiter was wonderful. He carried my bag all the way to little cola beach!

The Restaurant is superb. Service is immediate and the food fresh and excellent. We stayed at the resort for 8 days and had three meals a day at the Restaurant. Not one meal disappointed us and this food at the restaurant was a highlight of...our entire trip in India. The service of all waiters and in particular Rakesh and AJ could it have been better. Well worth a visit when in the South of Goa despite the somewhat windy dirt road to get to it. The variety and tastes were special given that it is in on the beach and can't be easy to run a restaurant at this beautiful spot.More

One have to trek for 2 km on road to reach here, and once you reach there you will get mesmerised. The blue lagoon sweet water is excellent to bath and spend time, also can get salt sea water bath if you want. Take a...walk on this beach with your loved one store the dreaming memory of the walk. Cottages and restaurants are also available. Its a place to spend pleasure time.More

I had the misfortune to go for a drink in this place. It was filthy but also used unfiltered ice cubes. No atmosphere and toilet was filthy too. I certainly wouldn’t eat here

The property is very nice 360 degree sea view is awesome. but management is local goan family whose intention to only make money. they charge everything double or triple from guests. very rude behaviour. mostly from foreigners. service is pathetic. food is not at all...good. Location is very remote from Agonda. need XUv or 4X4 to reach as road is not proper total off road. Beware if you think to go there.More

Can’t beat it for the price! I’d read some poor review before coming but it’s all about expectations. I was expecting being in the middle of nowhere, with a roof over my head and NOT an American 5 star resort and that’s exactly what I...got. The staff is friendly, the menu is extensive since you’re eating there three meals a day. Fresh fish and waking up on the sea. What’s there to complain about?! I’d certainly go back!More

Had lunch here at Cola Beach (there are limited options so we went with Blue Lagoon) my initial thoughts we’re it needed a tidy up, the tables and chairs look dirty and everything looks tired. I found an ant in my food, told the waiter...who took the plate to the kitchen and didn’t return. I found another waiter who didn’t say anything when I told him, I suggested that we pay for our drinks and leave. We did so but as we left he ran after me for an extra 10 rupees he miscalculated. I would suggest avoiding.More

Found the restaurant very RACIST and the attitude of the staff very rude and un accommodating. In Cola there are only 2 shacks that serve food and this is one of them. We were staying in a different property and were coming to the beach...to get out meals. We ate there on the first day and we dismissed their rude/careless behavior as perhaps a busy day. The next day the guy who sits behind the counter just shrugs us off and says that we cant take any food outside the shack. We pointed out that the day before we saw many europeans who were carrying the drinks to the beach, they didnt have a problem the previous day with them. He then changed his tone completely and said it was due to the risk of coconuts falling on our heads that is why he was asking us not to sit outside. Both him and me knew that he had no interest in our safety. When we brought this up and their general bad behaviour, the lady at the counter says: "firstly you are not our guest (As in you are not staying with us) so we don't need to serve you at all." Which i found very very disturbing. They knew they had a monopoly on the beach and to treat travelers like this was very disheartening. We travel the world and don't face racisim anywhere and when you face it in your own backyard its disturbing and sad. We chose to shun this restaurant for all the other days and ate at the only other shack. The manager and the lady went about their life smugly. We did not let an interaction like this spoil our stay in Cola, but it did bring to light a problem that should not be treated lightly. Either the property should say that they will only serve their guests at the restaurant or not let a guy sitting at the counter treat quiet and friendly travelers like this. Hope somebody from the management is listening and taking notes. PS: I have not stayed at the property and was visiting for meals. This was my second encounter at the restaurantMore

Let’s not support this business please. I’ve just witnessed the staff beating and torturing a dog. The poor thing could hardly walk away. Even the safeguard came forward and offered it food! I don’t mind that the beach has become quite commercial, you get tourist...boats arriving daily leaving groups of them hang on the beach. It’s become popular for not just foreign but also local tourism. The charm is kind of gone but it’s ok. What I cannot accept is such behaviour. Indians need to learn not just about human right but also unacceptable animal cruelty. Let’s give them a lesson and go elsewhere.More

Hi ! To reach Cola Beach from the airport, it would cost you approximately INR 2500. Best to book a prepaid cab/taxi from inside the airport. Also, please be wary that the last 1.5kms to Cola beach is a treacherous stretch... More
