Had read a lot on TA so was obviously curious to try the very hyped food . It was a family dinner and we were made to sit in dining hall at first floor 1. Place was brimming with guests 2. Server response was slow...and orders took time to be served . That is fine by me if the food quality is great 3. But we did nt found anything really great in terms of signature sea food dishes mentioned as really out of ordinary in taste 4. Cocktail glasses were also lame . 5. It had good live music though 6. Vegetarian dishes ordered were also ok Not worth the money they charge . There are better options availableMore

Based on a recommendation from Indian friends we chose to eat here on our holiday from London. Sheetal who looked after us made sure that we were comfortable and well advised on the food. We loved everything especially the local lobster. An exceptional place to...eat.More

Restaurant's first floor has a good ambience. Tried Xacuti chicken, cooked in authentic Goan curry and spices. With chicken ordered tandoori roti and lachha parantha and the combination turned out to be super delicious.

Great place for a good Goan meal. We visited with friends for New year's day dinner. Ordered butter garlic red snapper, rawa fried pomfret, chicken sukkem, masala calamari, and potato cafreal in starters. Mutton xacuti, chicken tikka masala, and other indian dishes with some beers...and cocktails. All the food was great. Satish is a very good, polite and knowledgeable server.More

Try the balchao and poi ....they do a good job with all the goan dishes ..have seating both downstairs and upstairs and while they arent as nice looking as the original fishermans wharf towards panaji they more than make up with the food and service.

A charming stand-alone establishment, very easy to locate on the main road, The Fisherman's Wharf Calangute was a place we would have visited repeatedly, had we stayed longer in Goa. Charming ambience, good service, great food. A real fishing boat keeps you company, lit up...and mounted on a stand, evoking the sea and anticipation of seafood delights .... Among the delightful dishes we indulged in, were yummy, fulsome pomfret and lip-smacking pork sorpotel. They did not have the exotic-sounding dessert "Seradurra'' which disappointed me as I have a sweet tooth and like to try different types of desserts - but there's always a next time !More
