Sumera is a chef par excellence! This is a restaurant for those who really want something special or want to have a foodgasm! Everyone in Goa should go there at least once a month... or at least a quarter; I am currently in Bangalore -...and plan to go there once a year at least!!!!More

I booked to come here tonight as the restaurant I'd reserved for my birthday meal was unexpectedly closed. I wasn't disappointed. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Calangute's main strip, this perfectly decorated find was a joy to be seated in tonight. The...menu is brilliant, serving a selection of amuse bouche, great starters and delectable food, and the dessert? Wow! The birthday cake was delicious, and souffle was perfectly cooked. I'd recommend the pan potato to start Pakistani mutton korma mains and the souffle to end the meal on a high!More

You just can’t go wrong with Amavi. The quality is so consistent and food and drinks are amazing. This is our third visit and had a fantastic experience. Thanks Sumera for meeting us and tweaking the dishes to our palate. Must visit.

As my daughters were celebrating their birthdays, we decided a little fine dining was in order. The restaurant is very tastefully done and pleasing to the eye. This sort of prepared us for the delights that followed on the plates.. The food was superlative and...did not let us down with our expectations . The tastes were suited to the Indian palette and were an absolute delight. The dishes were well crafted to the eye and delivered on its promise. Sathya was very attentive and ensured my daughters had a bit of pomp and show with a birthday cake. I would visit goa again just to eat here. Take a bow, chef sumera..More

Fine Dining In Goa! We were told about this restaurant, it's not on the main road, it's off the beaten track. The staff are pleasant, very helpful. The starters were perfect the main was even better, there was no space for a dessert but they...gave me a mini birthday cake. The chef the owner came out asked whether we were enjoying the food etc We mentioned that it was my 🎉 birthday, by the end of the night, all the waiting staff surrounded our table then started to sing happy birthday to me, now that was a pleasant surprise to have excellent food and to top it all off the staff were singing. I would highly recommend this restaurant and if I was were return to Goa in the near future, this will be the first restaurant to indulge fine food, the final bill is nothing compared to the same type of restaurant in London, it was a fraction of the cost and the quality of the food was excellent.More

Everything about this place was great. The layout and space, the food without a doubt, the owners attention to service, the sound level.. The complete package of tiny details that add up to creating a near perfect dining experience.

Just visited here on a recommendation and this place is unbelievably incredible. 5 star service from the waiters and the food is absolutely amazing and definitely not overpriced. More upmarket than most restaurants in Goa but if you want a special night out with incredible...food then give it a go you won’t be disappointed.More
