Overall, it's disappointing. Poor service, the food was cold, and fish was half cooked. Rather than apologising, they were busy justifing for their service & food. A total waste.

Visited for a late lunch with family. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. We ordered Recheado masala pomfret, tandoori jumbo prawns, Ambotik kingfish curry. All dishes were tasty, flavourful and well presented. The Gimlet cocktails were a bit on the weak side….needed more gin:)) Worth another...visit and will recommend.More

We visited on the off chance that we would get a table for lunch, and thankfully there was a table free by the window. The place was extremely busy, but ambience was good and the waiters were on the ball. We ordered drinks and Mario...served them with a smile, in fact all the staff seemed very happy in their work. The food! wow! Sushi and crispy chicken to start and a Thai red curry (chicken) and rice for mains. Fab! Mario looked after us extremely well and was always on hand if we needed anything. The only criticism I have was the Serradura for desert, it was served in a plastic container (from that I can only assume they were brought in and not made on the premises). It was very runny too! But hey, that's just my opinion and didn't spoil our enjoyment. (I'll order the cheesecake next time!). Mr Anup, the manager, came over to talk to us and made us feel very welcome. If (and when) you want a great meal at reasonable prices, please give this restaurant a go, may be best to reserve a table though. Thank you guys, we will be back!More

We went there straight from the airport for lunch There was some waiting after which we were given a good corner table for the three of us The GM of the place was very good he kept a watch on each table and on every...waiting customer He was very welcoming and always smiling Now the food We ordered bombil fry which was good and two fish thali between three of us. The Thali was awesome They gave rawa fried fish, Goan prawn curry, shark ambotik, crab xacuti, dry fish masala, clams masala, one more fish curry , some veg sabzi, solcudi, sweet kheer, rice, papad and achar. The quantity and quality is very good easily suffices one person but if you order some starters or other dish than probably one Thali is enough for two. I would recommend this place for the fish Thali They have many branches in Goa, the famous one is in central Panjim, I have been there as well, I guess the food taste wise is similar in both the places. It’s Very very good. They also serve sushi and pan Asian food along with Goan and Indian delicacies. Easy ample parking space And reasonable on the pocket Drawback washroom is away from the restaurant as the restaurant is situated in a mall like shopping Center Overall 9.5/10More

We have not experienced a fish thali like this ever before. Word of caution, one thali is good for two people with an average appetite and for three small eaters. Everything in the thali is just fish and one dish tastes better than the other....They can be a little better is they are supported with friendly and pleasant staff, the Manager can only do so much.More

Nice place. Been here before. Ambience is good, plenty of parking available. Options of Goan food, Seafood, Asian, Indian and Continental. Mostly I try Asian and Goan food. Their fish Thali is filling and the other items on the menu is delicious. Try the Burmese...Soup , Sushi and any goan food. The manager is a gem , polite and helpful. Two things: The food was awesome. Must try - Their classic fish thali. And local Goan bread with Chicken Vindaloo or Xacutti. The service is high quality. We visite the new Branch of Ritz Classic at Benaulim, near Madgaon on 7th November 2021. We were a group of 10 college mates from Mumbai, celebrating 38 years of our Engineering graduation with a holiday in Goa. We ordered prawns butter garlic, prawns masala...fry, mutton chilli, chonak masala, surmai masala, rice, pao, som tam salad, veg tempura. Each dish was executed perfectly abd was lip smacking. The Restaurant Manager Anup Madkaikar went out of the way to present us with complimentary choclate cake & ice cream when he learnt if our 38th Anniversary. He was very welcoming and was extremely cordial & took special care to see that we were satisfied and took our feedback and our comments too, very gracefully. We will definitely recommend this Branch to all our friends and acquaintances who visit Benaulim. Only a dessert Bebinca was not on menu, when enquired by 1 in our group. The Chonak curry was so good that I called the Chef to compliment him! Worth visiting again & again. Sunil VohraMore
