This is a deceptive, billed as ‘wood cooked pizza’ restaurant.... I’ve not had the pizza but am slowly working my way through the breakfast and lunch/dinner tapas style menu. The food is really tasteful , a bit different (when you really need something more than another rather poor fish curry and rice) and presented thoughtfully. They are making a good attempt at keeping a low carbon footprint with glass filtered reusable water bottles and metal straws. Commendable when the Goan plastic water bottle/bag mountain seems to be once again growing.
I have not found staff ( they are young and learning so some degree of patience and compassion is helpful to help them), food or state of kitchen a problem at all and appreciated each time I’ve visited.
The only rather unfortunate thing is the proximity to the main
Colva Rd , but pick quieter times of day like late morning and after 8 of an evening and is bearable. They do have an indoor AC area but not tried this so not sure what like but on outside seating area I expect it is fine.

Delicious fresh food, breakfast/lunch/evening. Friendly staff. Spotless open kitchen serving tapas,salads, wood fired pizzas, desserts etc

just been for a late lunch, after a little deliberation between the top 4 pizza restaurants in Benaulim. We decided to give Para Picar a whirl because of it's reviews, and we were not disappointed. Definitely the best pizza we have tasted in south Goa, baring in mind we tried the No 1 last season . True Italian style and flavours. Something to bear in mind is there is no pasta dishes, but hey, we went for pizza anyway. Will certainly be back for more.

Used this restaurant several times last year and enjoyed it.
However, it has certainly deteriorated. Poor service and raw food. The owner wasn’t at all concerned. Replaced meatballs were even worse the second time.
Very disappointing.
Won’t be back.

Wood oven pizzas mediocre sort of place pizzas were ok a little bit oily for my taste complimentary water and beetroot salad ( very small) to share only sold imported brands spirits it’s almost roadside would i recommend no not really

Bang opposite the Dominoes at benaulim I was pleasent surprised to see this beautiful place. They have an outdoor seating and an indoor one too. I have been here twice now preffered the beautiful open setup outside. Pizza's were superb. Probably the best in Goa. Didn't try any tapas but I am sure it has a more continental feel to it. Don't go here if you want your regular pizza from dominoes or other fast food joints. Go here if you want to relax, unwind and chill with the best of pizza and may be a few drinks.

We go to Para Picar quite often for lunch or dinner. Great choice of delicious food. Yesterday we had breakfast there for the first time. Wow, it was super tasty. A must try ..!!!

Visited this place recently. Ordered Veg Pizza. The quality was great. The potato and cauliflower dishes were good too. All of them different from regular stuff. Staff were good at service. This place is right opposite to HDFC Bank/Dominos in Benaulim Main Road. Worth visiting.

Just stopped for a drink as we were desperate! Not much kerb appeal, but any port in a storm!!
Pleasantly surprised by the place, the menu looks very good, they gave us a complimentary beetroot and coriander tapas, it was lovely. So judging by the reviews here we will return 👍

My visit to this Mediterranean cuisine restaurant was one of the best experience ever! Wonderful selection of mouth watering dishes also healthy enough to make you fill full and happy. Very delicious wood fire pizza's and much much more specials of the day. Living mostly in abroad you think you might not get the great taste like proper Mediterranean cuisine like you have back there but this place amazed me. They have well trained staff also very kind and polite. If you happen to be in south Goa benaulim por favor do visit this place!!!! Gracias

Food in Para picar is absolutely delicious. We have enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinner there many times and every time food has been amazing. Stuff is professional 10/10 :)

Good pizza. Good ambience . Polite staff. We loved it . Best pizza we had in the entire trip .good arrangement seating area also . We can see our pizza how they cook also . Ingredients also they will show us . How they make .friendly staff

Very good pizza . The best pizza i had in my life . Actually I really hate pizzas . But the fact is started again liking pizzas because of wooden pizza might be .Nice taste . Good seafood on topings ....thank u made me to eat some time to eat pizzas

Nice restaurant, bit to close to the road. You can seat inside or outside. Friendly staff. Special Food what you can‘t have at every corner. Good and tasty Pizza, very tasty french fries, super red beets salad and real churros... just Yammiyammi.
