Good vegan options

While staying near this location, we crossed it many times without realizing it was a restaurant. It is a vegetarian restaurant, with a lot of vegan options. The table we chose was under the tree (which you shouldn't at night). We saw mosquitoes (the staff arranged mosquito repellant immediately) and bats flying around. The food (pasta-pesto, coconut milk cafe, Ramen noodle soup) was only so-so. The assorted fruit salad, however, was quite good. The cost came around 1200. Vegans and health - freaks might enjoy it.

Great food with even better staff - a gem in North Goa

My wife is vegan so we visited Bean me up, six months back we had visited and when we came back the staff still remembered us by name, now how many restaurants staff do that. The food is vegan and delicious. I had the bean burger and the fries. This place is my favourite in goa eventhough I am not vegan. The ambience is very relaxed. A gem in Goa not to be missed.

Great vegan food

The place is nice and vegan only. I found the taste very good especially the red-sauce pasta. The ambience was nice and staff was courteous. Prices are on the higher side matching with European standards and portions are bit small for single portion. Otherwise great place to dine out.

We decided to give Bean Me up a try and to check out their vegan fare. The restaurant has a Bohemian feel and is very relaxed. The menu offers a choice of starters, soups, beverages and mains- All strictly vegan of course!! We started off with a Reboot drink, which was a combination of Apple, spinach, sweet lime and basil. This was refreshing and enjoyable. Next, we sample the California Sushi rolls which were prepared using sticky brown rice, avocado, tofu and vegetables julienne and rolled in a seaweed sheet. These were served with a wasabi dipping sauce and soya sauce. The sushi itself lacked flavour but came alive after dipping into the sauces. For mains, we tried the Tofu burger and the Wild Burrito. The burger was like any vegetarian burger and did not meet expectations. We had heard that the chef made Tofu taste like chicken but we were disappointed with this burger. The burger was served with yam chips which were also mediocre. The burrito was a tortilla stuffed with brown rice, beans and vegan sour cream. It was served with corn chips , salsa and guacamole. The carrot cake was flavourful and enjoyable. The service is laid back and slow.

A beautiful experience if it's own kind

This time have been to Goa for a very short visit. Mostly this times Goa trip was just for a long drive from Pune, which was not good due to bad road conditions. Apart from this if you have been to Goa multiple times and want to experience something entirely different 'Bean Me Up' is the place to be. I can't comment on it's stay options as I haven't stayed here but food was wow. Completely vegan food, beautiful ambience and a sense of rising above your clam sense. Fir those looking for spicy and Indian kind of food it might disappoint you but for different dinning experience a must place to go.

Simply great !!!

The place is simply cool, very nice ambience and gives you feel like candle light dinner, in open air. The menu has extensive vegan options, we have tried Wild Burrito, Hummus plate, Veg special pizza, all the dishes are very tasty and worth trying. I wish we had more time to visit again and try different menu options, love to visit again. Overall good food, great ambience and courteous staff.

Wtf me up

I ordered siam seitan no spicy. I got a bowl of coconut cream which almost made me vomit with the flavour of cooked lime, rice on the side which had 0 seasoning, a single leaf of letuce, a single slice of tomato and a single slice of cucumber also 0 seasoning... 400+ rupees... I called the waiter to let him know the bowl of seitan with the cream was really bad to which he imediatly replied it was because i ordered with no spices, therefore it was my fault. I then had to explain him the concept of spicy and spices.. pointed out the salad was a joke to which he replied "its just a dressing" and to the fact the rice was blend he apologized and left until we went to pay. At this point he said he removed my order but it seemed like a way to avoid a bad review. They weren't honestly trying to help the customer otherwise they would have offered to cook it better, give me something else, idk. Not leave with the food and never return... Weird place, i wish people didnt hand out 5 star reviews with no criteria. Id like to give myself 0 stars for being a bad customet that makes this restaurant put bad food on the table

Why doesn’t all vegan food taste like this?!?!?

We ate here almost every night for a week - hands down the best vegan food I’ve ever had. Tried most things on the menu and everything was delicious! The staff are great too. Try the pho - it’s insane.

Love this place... Visit at least a few times per month during the goan season .They have a wide selection of offerings and sme fantastic desserts... I love their dumplings and selection of sweet treats including their homemade ice creams.

AMAZING SERVICE, AMAZING VIBE and AMAZING FOOF

The restraunt is inside a row of trees and has an amazing soothing and spiritual vibe. The food was completely vegan and very tasty with good portion sizes. The service was fast and their waiter ANISH attended us really well ! Overall a wholesome vegan vibey experience.

Amazing food, polite staff, parking available, open air seating

I've been coming here since 2015. This restaurant serves comfort food at it's best. Kudos to their chef for churning out such amazing recipes and experimental dishes. You would have probably never heard of or had a vegan omlette. Well, you can have one here. It tastes so so amazing and the base of the omlette is made of chickpeas. This omlette also had vegan cheese on it made by cashews :) Yum yum. One of my favorite things to eat here is the Acai smoothie bowl. It is so so good and filling that I never miss out on having it. Has a ton of healthy dry fruits and seeds in it. My 1 year old son loved it. We also liked having the Khow Suey. Earlier they used to serve Soya Kebabs which were my favorite. Coming to drinks, they serve Kombuchas which are my favorite. Serving staff is very polite and friendly. Prices are mid-range and pretty good for the food they serve. The only downside are the flies and insects that sometimes land into your plates / glass spoiling the mood. But overall, this place had a good vibe and makes sure to leave you full after your meal

Strictly Vegan!

Highly recommended for vegan food. The place takes away the bustling goan feels away for a while and supplies with good vegan food. Food - Gooood! Although not a vegan, but i did enjoy my plate of tasty food. Juice - Quantity is a shame, but juice is as fresh as it gets A little overpriced! Also, i feel there's a need to call out the speciality of the place.

Very cute and VEGAN yayyyy

We came here because we finally found a place with a proper vegan menu. Quite a beautiful space, lots of greenery, nestled in a bungalow with inside and outside seating. It also has a little shop inside with eco friendly, organic personal and home products. The banana chocolate peanut butter smoothie bowl was fantastic, as was the juice. The vegan omlette was nice but a bit dry.. I wish they'd offer a chutney, sauce or guac with it, and put the onions, tomatoes and corriander inside it.. The buckwheat pancakes and their sauces were not the best. The service was excellent, very sweet staff. We'll be back to try the burgers, pizza and dessert for lunch or dinner.

Have we ever been thankful for our random instincts This place is cozy, calming, hippie, unique and entertaining in equal measures. In short there is something for everyone. The tranquility embraces you with open hands Service is quick and food is delicious

Didn’t impress - better cafés in Goa

Had received a lot of recommendations for Bean me up and hence decided to pay a visit. The overall experience wasn’t good and I will break it down for you. They have a small parking area which is a plus point. It can accommodate somewhere between 5-6 cars. The cafe is an open air one. They have covered it from the top to stop leaves falling in your food however what was the major turnoff were the innumerable flies. It is irritating if the flies keep sitting on the food and makes one question the hygiene aspect too. On the food front, felt it was a little on the expensive side as compared to other similar cafés in Goa. The food is not for everyone’s palette, considering it’s a vegan cafe and promotes healthy eating. We ordered a bean me up burger and a cold coffee , both didn’t impress at all.
