Hadn't gone in awhile. Saw a cockroach on floor and then used bathroom and saw 3 more alive in there along with a box of dead ones next to vanity. We left and will not be going back. Realize its the south and bug friendly but I can't imagine what the kitchen must look like after seeing all that.

Its been about 18 months or so since Manci's sold out and the new management took over. They have done a lot to fix up the old place while trying to keep true to Manci's very original and traditional flavor which endeared the place to thousands, both locals and tourist alike. In the end, its seems that it is slowly... More

This is the first time we've come here for Sunday Brunch since Manci's has changed hands. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient, the decor is awesome (antiques abound!) and the food fantastic and reasonably-priced. We had two pets with us and sat outside in the sunshine. Our waitress was very kind to bring champagne for us and water in a... More

Just had drinks here, no food. Neat collection of antique stuff, especially the Jim Beam decanters - they have hundreds. Had a decent crowd, mix of ages. Someone playing guitar and singing, but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. Friendly bartenders.

Although ownership changed and the menu and decor are different, it is still a great place to eat and have a drink at the bar. The Bloody Mary is ✔️!!

The food is supposed to be good. I have no idea. We ordered and waited, and waited, and waited. At well over an hour we left. On the upside the waitress did not charge us for our sofas and two beers. I don't know what the problem in the kitchen was. We walked next door to Cousin Vinnies and had... More

I think I had a greater expectation from this place given the hype I have heard. Walking in we were greeted by tons of antique decor everywhere. I felt like I had walked into a pickers gold mine! However this particular night the dimly lit small space just felt off. Nobody seemed to be having a good time. We took... More

Went for a late lunch with two friends - kitschy atmosphere, a true dive feel. Interesting memorabilia like matchbooks and decorative whiskey decanters. We were told to seat ourselves upon entry and sat at a booth in the rear. It took about 10 minutes to get menus, which was mildly annoying for it being well after the lunch hour. Then... More

I like the non-cookie-cutter places to eat with great food. Casual in all regards and good choice of food. Can't think of any other restaurant with guns on the wall as well as a horse drawn buggy and who knows what all the other items are? Had the blackened fish and loved it.

This was our first time there since the change in ownership, and we weren't disappointed. Even on a busy Saturday evening with live entertainment they didn't skip a beat on the service. They have stayed true to the old menu with great burgers and sandwiches. The service was outstanding.

Thank Bob T
