The layout of Mosaic is straight forward: bar at the front, the open kitchen in the centre, surrounded by the buffet tables, brimming with goodies, both regional and international. Yes, it's a buffet. I knew this going in, prepared with loose pants and an empty belly.
The buffet had a small sample dishes from international cuisines, as their forte is Indian, and they really shine.
For the night that I visited, a specialty chef's stand was serving pani puri - crispy fried bread balls stuffed with spiced potato, onion, and filled with imli pani (flavoured water). Although this dish is readily available on the street from cart vendors all over Jaipur, I really appreciate the additional care and attention a trained chef has taken to prepare and serve.
The available Indian dishes were numerous, too many for a single plate. I was hungry, so I gave it a red hot go. My attentive server, Subrat, was extremely helpful with selecting the dishes, the condiments it comes with, and how it should be eaten.
David, the famed mixologist of the Mosaic bar, makes amazing mocktails and cocktails. Tonight, I tried his digestion assisting mocktail, which went down a treat, after three plates full of food.
Mosaic has won some food awards, and it's thoroughly justified. But it's more than just the food, the staff and the service is what makes the experience memorable.

The food and the ambience is really nice. You get lots of options without compromising on taste. The chefs and restaurant staff is very professional and take a good care of you. Yogendra, to be specific, had been wonderful the whole time. He was kind, polite and helpful the whole way through. Always been on his toes to sort the food or anything that I needed. Alongwith making my anniversary dinner special, the restaurant's sous chef and Yogendra made my every visit to the restaurant unforgettable.

Had both breakfast and dinner during my stay at this hotel in Jaipur over several days. Breakfast was buffet style with everything one can imagine of a 5 star hotel. They offer porc bacon on demand which was very nice. Everything is freshly prepared by the cooks in an open kitchen style which makes the ambiance very nice and lively. Coffee is Lavazza style and was very good.
Dinner was equally good on all occasions. Their menu is extensive with both Indian and international cuisine. Prices are fair for the quality and portion you get. While waiting for your meal, I always was offered a complimentary little starter. Nice touch.
Waiters are well trained, great communication style and go out of their way to give their best. Special mention goes to Satendra, a smart, friendly young man who goes the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable. Thank you Satendra!

The wait staff was very attentive from the moment we were seated until we checked out.
We order two dinners and buttered naan which were all delicious. The chicken Cordon Bleu was sliced in pin rolls with a crisp perfectly browned crust and and served from the platter to our plates. We also shared a generous plate of non-veg kebabs of fish, chicken, shrimp and pork which was tender and perfectly fired. Even the pickled red onion rings were enjoyable with a squeeze of lemon juice. A cold mix of diced tomato, onion and crispy chip under a sweet and sour sauce was refreshing surprise. I certainly recommend Mosaic for a reasonably priced experience of fine dining.

I have been a repeated visitor in this restaurant and every visit gives me full satisfaction by any means. Yet, whenever I visit again, I find some improvement in terms of taste, hospitality, interior of restaurant, menu etc. The staff and front managers are highly professional and dedicated to their services that gives added taste to your food. On 01.09.2021 again, I mesmerized and fully enjoyed the evening with desk manager Vijay who was so humble and always at disposal of guests and taking care of every thing before you seek. Love this place and keep coming again and again

The staff is so helpful and amazing. While the food is very good in this restaurant what also makes a difference is the way the staff treats the guests. Nikita Rathore , Arun and Chef Sanjay Jugal took special care of our likings and even prepared Lal Maas just for us. On different days we had great experiences with different dishes likes the doughnut pudding, or phirni and daal makhani.

The staff is very helpful and amazing. Nikita Rathore, Arun, and Chef Sanjay Jugal took special care of our likings and even prepared Lal Maas and Mutton Biryani just for us. On different days we had great experiences with different dishes like doughnut pudding, or phirni, and daal makhani. So if you ever find any of these items on the menu, you HAVE TO try them.

I recently stayed at Radisson with my husband and one and a half year daughter to visit Jaipur. I must tell that the stay was amazing. They are following all covid protocols and practising all safety hygiene. The entire staff is so so humble and cooperative. Initially I was a little apprehensive as how I’m gonna manage food for my daughter but they made it so convenient for me. At mosaic, Mr. Pushpendra Parmar made sure that the muffins and other stuffs are packed for my daughter considering outside food to be avoided at these covid times and at night Mr. Mandeep from in room dining sent milk and khichadi for her. I can’t thank them enough to make my stay just perfect with my family. Would like to Recommend it to all to make their holidays mesmerising by staying at Radisson. We have decided that everytime we are going for holidays, radisson is going to be our first choice.

Came for the dining with my friends, I had my lunch at mosaic the taste of food was delicious and staff members was too helpful with the suggestion of food .

Amazing hospitality. People here are warmer than many other places. Food definitely at apar as well. Love it here, always. Mayank, the chef and Vijay, the steward were especially very kind and sensitive to some of our special needs in food.

I am writing this review specially for Mr. Arun, Manager and his team (Irshad and Shibham) at the Mosaic restaurant. He is a very warm, humble, well-mannered and hospitable person. We recently stayed in Radisson hotel and he ensured everytime we walk in for breakfast and dinner that our orders were handled well and our food was of superior quality. He constantly checked if we liked the food, if we wanted more and he did this not just for us but many others who were there. A heartfelt thanks from my entire family for his impeccable service and great hospitality.
I also want to mention about Mr. Rakesh (Manager) for his warm hospitality for serving delicious food at the lunch time when we reached the hotel and serving milk to my son in the night.

It’s a wonderful place in the heart of the Pink City and visited there with friends. Ambiance and food everything is nice but the best part was the service of Mr. Vijay at the restaurant. He is a very humble person and really helped us in our selection of dishes from the menu.

It would have been the worst experience if Mr Arun wouldn’t have came on time and met, the food buffet was below average, no taste, overcooked, sweet & even very less variety too.. infact we were leaving without having our dinner but mr arun did justice by specially asking our taste types first and then getting the food ready as per the choices. He went out of the way and provided the best service he can, we don't know the chef name but they also have done a great job in making special dishes..
the same hospitality we expect from mr dinesh when spoke but he denied at the same time and again accomplished well by mr arun.
Special thanks to Mr. Arun for extending his warm hospitality to us, great job. Looking forward to come again only because of him...
