A safe and pleasant experience I have been to Jaipur many times and usually stay at chain hotels and I’m so glad to have stayed in Alsisar Haveli this time. The place has a quiet quaint charm being such an old heritage property.Rooms are comfortable with...beautiful painted ceilings. What is worth mentioning in the level of safety and hygiene standards that they are maintaining. Regular cleanliness and proper santisation is being followed without compromising on quality with all staff in face shields masks ans gloves. We felt very safe especially since we were travelling with kids. I would advise anyone visiting Jaipur to stay here for comforts of home and enjoy a piece of history. Staff also went above expectations to make our stay comfortable.More

Service really is everything, but if you want a great experience don't go here. The all male staff are rude and uninterested. They all seemed to not like their work. Food was overpriced and below average. Overall disappointing.

We booked a Deluxe Suite at the Alsisar Haveli. The room was fantastic! It was gorgeous and sparkling clean. Booking it was a breeze via emails. The front desk staff, especially Mr.Rafique, were very helpful and really wonderful. The housekeeping staff did a great job...cleaning up our room everyday. However, there were some major negatives for us - WiFi didn't work in our room, at all. We just couldn't get a WiFi signal. The breakfast at the hotel just sucks! For the 3 days we stayed there, there was the exact same breakfast! And - they can't even whip up a decent, idli, chutney and sambar. The chicken sausage was so spicy, I have no idea how the non-Indians were eating it. And the staff... (just the ones who were around during breakfast) They didn't welcome us or seat us. They pretty much ignored us. They didn't even bring us water! However, their behaviour was not the same when it came to Westerners. The difference was stark, and ths discriminatory behaviour was really disappointing. Alsisar needs to work on this. Dinner staff wasn't like that at all, the one time we dined there. The food was pretty good too, at dinner.More

Highly recommended for the beauty of the property and impeccable service. Would love to be reported straight back. Air quality in Jaipur not great at the time of our visit but that made this luxury escape all the more special from the hustle and bustle....Food wise we enjoyed a fabulous meal with attentive service and can recommend the Coconut Tikka chicken very highly. Breakfast is an extensive buffet and most enjoyable with eggs any way you like cooked to order. Highly recommended.More

The building is stunning and our room on the second floor was spacious and there were good views from the roof terrace. We found the dinner menu quite limited although the food was fine. Initially we were not impressed with the attitude of the waiters...who seemed to think serving customers was beneath them. However as our stay progressed they seemed slightly friendlier and interacted more. Overall a nice experience.More
