Luxurious architecture and service. The marble and gems instantly give a feeling of exclusivity. Every spot you look at is beautifully put together.
The place is spotless of course.
The dishes are beautifully arranged and of course very good. Each and every vegetarian dish is perfect, but if you're flexitarian, you have to taste the mutton, which is very tender and tasty.
And the service.... So perfect, always ready to help and assist in building everlasting memories.

Good spread of breakfast and very courteous staff. We came here everyday for breakfast during our stay here and liked the wide variety of breakfast comprising of freshly prepared Indian cuisine, salads section, eggs section, bakery, juices & fruits and some cold cuts comprising of hams, cheese, etc. Amit was our waiter today and his service and courtesy was fantastic! He was professional and very kind in meeting our needs. The F&B manager, Bhanu was also very professional and courteous coming to our table to ask for any feedback we might have and anything he could help us with to improve our experience. These are little nuances which create the guest experience and I liked this. Thank you to the team at the restaurant!

I am staying at ITC Rajputana and this restaurant is one of the best in Jaipur. I had breakfast at Jal Mahal, which has one of the best spreads I have ever come across. They have cakes, croissants and muffins for the sweet tooth and also healthy breakfast options like fresh juice, cut fruits, muesli, cereals, cold cut meats etc.
They specialise in Indian breakfast and eggs. There are live counters for Paratha, chai, Dosas, Pancakes,Waffles and Eggs.
My favourite two dishes were Masala Omlette with Cheese cooked to perfection and the Ghee Podi Dosa with Cheese. I have to say the Dosa couldn't have been any better and the people behind it Chef Anurag, Yatendra and Sudhir deserve the appreciation.
Much said the entire team at Jal Mahal including the servers the managers and chefs deserve the appreciation for providing a dining experience like no other.

The folks at ITC truly make you feel like royalty. We stayed for five nights and were so well-taken care of. Left us wanting to stay longer. Really appreciate the attention to detail and how they went the extra mile as we were traveling with a small baby. Special mentions for Mr. Ratan at the breakfast buffet in Jal Mahal. He made sure we were always taken care of and even packed food for our baby every single day, customising it to our special requests. Special kudos to the chefs at the dosa counter and the Egg station. The food was impeccable - kudos to Chef Harsimran. The staff is ever-polite, greeting you with the warmest smiles and Namastes. First time staying with ITC, I’m now a fan and a loyal customer.

I had the opportunity to dine at the renowned restaurant of ITC Rajputana on 27th Dec 2023, and it was an experience that truly resonated with my taste buds and heart.
As soon as I stepped in, the team of Anjali, Chandan, Mahendra, Surendra, Abhijit, Manjot, Aastha, Monika, Karan, Shashi, Surender Shekhawat, Pitambar, Bholeshankar, Ratan, Ashok, Suraj, Rajat, Manish, Aaryan, Sandeep, Surendra, Ashish, Deepak, Krishna, Gaurav, and Sandeepan greeted me with a warmth that felt like home. Their attention to detail and keenness to serve with a smile made the dining experience even more special.
The highlight of the restaurant is its Peshawari cuisine. Head Chef Kabil, along with the exceptional Chef Inderpal, Chef Madan, Chef Pawan, Simran, Vikrant, and Mohit, crafted dishes that were a true feast for the senses. The flavors were authentic, rich, and reminiscent of the culinary traditions of Peshawar. Every dish, from the succulent kebabs to the perfectly seasoned curries, was a celebration of flavors.
Chef Inderpal's passion for Peshawari cuisine shone through in each preparation. His expertise brought out the best of traditional recipes while infusing them with a unique touch.
The ambience of the restaurant added to the charm of the evening, blending Rajasthani aesthetics with a comfortable, inviting atmosphere.
To sum it up, dining at the ITC Rajputana’s restaurant was not just about enjoying a meal, but about experiencing the richness of Peshawari cuisine at its best. I highly recommend this restaurant to my fellow Indian travelers. The dedication of the staff and the culinary excellence here are sure to leave you with cherished memories.

Great variety of food ranging from Indian, continental and traditional rajasthani. The team of Ashok, Krishna and Ratan provided excellent service. They even provided on request items such as chole bhature, poori bhaji etc.
The hot dosa counter provides interesting choices. My regular was mysore dosa and masala omelette with chai from the counter.
Highly recommend it.

I had an excellent breakfast experience at the hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Francis, Anil, and Mounika. The buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and tasty options, beautifully presented. Francis was attentive and ensured our coffee cups were always full. Anil was quick to respond to any requests, making sure everything was perfect. Mounika’s warm smile and friendly attitude made the morning even more enjoyable. We went there to celebrate the 25th of my younger sister. And we are so glad that we did, we made the best choice.
Jitendra and his entire team was so compassionate and hands on, they made our evening. Never came across such a fine & Co-operative tam. They welcomed our wishes & provided with it.
I also appreciate Sudhir for his service to us, he was so prompt with it, and served us freshly cooked finger licking food.
I would definitely visit Jal Mahal again with my family.

This restaurant is more than worth visiting. The room itself is delightful. Staff are most, most attentive (take a bow Sudhir) and the cuisine top notch. A vast array and variety of food is on offer. Go with the flow and rely on the advice of the chefs. Look out for Sanjay - my “personal” chef who has / is guiding me through the wonderful variety of Indian dishes.
