Rude , arrogant behavior and LMB objective is to only make money. Not bothered for customer's complaint or satisfaction. Avoid visiting this place. not worth the money you spend . un-trustworthy people making all & false claim of purity and quality. Un-ethical business practice of...not refund money to customers for stale/rotten products delivered. Don’t get fooled & cheated.More

One of the very best and tasty food as well as sweets restaurant in Jaipur. A very old famous restaurant in Jaipur Laxmi Misthan Bhojnalaya more popularly known as LMB is in the heart of the royal tourist destination of Jaipur, Johari bazaar. A quick...snack area where one can have a bite and move ahead with a standing capacity of about 60 to 70 people. Adjoining that area is the restaurant with a capacity of about 100 dinners. LMB is mostly filled with tourist and accordingly, the prices are set that way. We two went for lunch and decided to go with  Rajasthani thalis. So we ordered 2 thalis which have spread out dishes good taste, kair sangari, with famous dal-bati-churma, which was authentic and yummy, kadhi pakora, missi roti along with other sabzis and of course a dessert. The servers were kind enough to acquaint me with every item on the thali. They even insisted on having more and brought much more than I would have asked for. They kept on insisting on having more and were kind to ask now and then as to the taste of the food. These thalis are cooked in pure ghee. Though a lot of calorie-conscious people have curtailed their trips to LMB, there is still a large number who give in to the temptation and enjoy the LMB experience. It is certainly worth a visit as the place needs to be experienced for its unbeatable charm and energy. I was very happy with the hospitality and of course, the food was good too. LMB is known to serve only vegetarian food. The staff here is courteous and always smiling. They serve you with so much of love and affection plus the taste of the food is so yummy you tend to eat more. So, please judge your appetite and order accordingly. LMB has the best Ghewar in the world! It is a very complicated dessert to make and LMB has the best recipe. It is always made fresh and it has become synonymous with LMB. Over so many years, the quality of this dessert and all the others that LMB offers has been consistently great. Sweets packages from this iconic sweet shop adorn all majority of functions and occasions in and around Jaipur city.  In all, I would say this place is must visit if you are travelling to Jaipur. Just a small suggestion for the owners, you have a fantastic legacy and a great place. Just see that your dining hall has more lights and smells good.     Food: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service:5/5 Value for money: 5/5More

We stopped for a sit down and a little bite during a shopping trip in this bustling bazaar today: there was room for the two of us,at 3 pm, but the restaurant was full of Indian people enjoying snacks and dishes. The decor was fun,the...toilets impeccably clean. We had a lovely banana lassi and tried Rajasthani dishes and bread freshly cooked and very tasty. My husband sampled a pistachio and saffron dessert, very light and worth trying. Reasonable price and good service. A gem of a place, in a lively city with nowhere to stop for a drink,a bite or a toilet stop. The cake and sweet shop next door produces fresh local speciality. We would strongly recommend this restaurant. helpful staff, a wuMore

I visited the restaurant on 7th October with my daughter & wife to order a takeaway meal. Here’s my experience Positives: Good Food. Yes that’s the only positive here Disappointments: 1) No Parking. Parking is a mess here. Don’t drive & if at all you...decide to drive, you have to park very far. 2) Customer Service: Well they don’t know what is customer service. Doesn’t bother at all as soon as you place order. I ordered a dal bati churma & special thali. I was told it’ll take 15 - 20 mins, I ended up waiting for almost an hour. And when I asked after 30 minutes the person at the cash counter was completely ignoring my questions. No update on when the order will be ready. Sheer disappointment. Before going to Jaipur I was so excited about this place but it ended as a worst experience. Only legacy is not sufficient to have customers, these days customer service is the utmost priority.More

it is a rip off. you can eat the same food all over the city for almost 3 times cheaper. it is located in pink city and due to its popularity (you will find it in every web page, being suggested), it is always full....thali costs 500 rupees?!?!?!!! if you are a tourist who would like to just eat beacuse it is a famous place, continue. otherwise, it is not worth the money and the atmosphere (very crowded, people running around). thali tastes better when it is really local (not a tousrist attraction!)More

it took us forever to find this place. the pyaz kachori was okay only not so great plus they were reheating it in the oven and giving. same for the mawa kachauri. i was expecting hot stuff. we had gone in the evening. quite heartbroken...i was with the mediocracy of the quality. too many people hover around you to ask what you would like to have. no place to sit. unless u want to go to the restaurant.. but i guess thats the way of jaipur.More
