This place is one of my favourite places to go when in Jaipur. It's really clean and the staff is friendly. You have to wait a little bit for your food to arrive but it's totally worth it. If you are a person who has...stomach issues and can't unfortunately enjoy Indian food, there are also non spicy food available. I ate sweet and sour chicken and it was extraordinary delicious. The restaurant is cool so you can enjoy your time here taking a break from the heat.More

I was in Jaipur & visited this restaurant on the recommendation of my friend. It was a nice experience and I visited twice. There are a couple of points I wish to highlight. Good 1. Mutton Seekh Kebab - Great Taste 2. Rajasthani Sula -...Just ok, meat was hard, all might not like this. Flavor wise, was average 3. Chicken Tikka Masala - Taste was ok, suitable for kids who do not like spicy food, for me, it was ok 4. Butter Chicken - Good taste 5. Laal Maas - Gravy was nice, pieces were not OK (did not expect this) 6. Dal was good 7. Style of serving Fresh Lime Soda is absolutely great 8. Bhuna Ghost - Gravy is grat, pieces not OK My expectation was to get high quality meat in gravy which I did not find. This is even the trend in Delhi, therefore, I stick to only a few places for meat. Overall, nice, comfy place to dine in.More

Niros has been the restaurant pride of Jaipur ever since my school days in 1965. It would always rate very highly with any guest, domestic or foreign. However, this time, on August 25, it turned out to be a bit of a disappointment. Mutton Burger...Steak, a continental dish which has been the pride of the Niros, still featured on the menu but the steward declined the order saying it was not available. Similarly, mutton cutlets were also not forthcoming despite being on the menu all these fifty years. Then again, the maitre d hotel said that broccoli would not be included in our order of stir fried vegetables. Reminded me of Shakespeare in Julius Caesar, “O, what a fall there was my countrymen”. We finally ordered another time honoured Niros speciality, the Spanish Omelette. It too was below par with the omelette covering having become overdone and leathery. A redeeming feature was the Lal Mans (Red Mutton) which was as good as ever and so was the Kulfi, the indigenous ice cream. Hope Niros regains it’s old glory soon.More

Must visit if you are a foodie, they have good menu choices and will not disappoint you . The laal maas is a specialty item if you are not averse to Mutton, this place is usually crowded during weekends do make a prior booking and...enjoy there hospitality. The bar menu is also quite good and the staff is courteous .More

A cosy place for family meal. All the ordered dishes were very very tasty. Everyone (from 70+ to 4+) did full justice to the dishes. Special mention to be made of the dish LIVER ONION CHIPS. Never tasted anything like it. Very drool-worthy!!!

We enjoyed this place so much we went two nights in a row. It is recommended in all the guide books so I have no idea why it is ranked so low on TripAdvisor. After a week in India my family agrees this was the...best food we had on our trip. My wife and I loved the palik paneer and other Indian dishes but our seven year old loved the pasta. Wins all around.More

We have been off and on going to Niros for the last 40 years. We went back after a gap of about three years. The restaurant has maintained it's standards over the years and serves really good local Rajasthani, continental and Chinese dishes. Their 'Lal...Maas', a local Rajasthani meat dish is quite their signature dish and is very good. The service is impeccable and efficient. The restaurant retains it's old world charm which it has retained over the years. Located on the busy M I Road, it is a eatery one should not miss on a visit to Jaipur.More

The lal maas is very good but very spicy. The surprise dish for us was rajasthani sula which was outstanding. The butter naan and garlic naan go very well with the mutton and lamb dishes. The kulfi with faluda the best desert to finish such...a nice meal.More
