Read till end Untrained staffs, we called jw cafe asked for buffet price some says it’s 1800 all taxes inclusive for lunch & some say 1750 plus taxes. Staffs themeself don’t know what are d price for buffet. Even though if they are charging 1750...plus 18% taxes food and service both were so so disappointing no beverages were served on asking they say we only serve tea, coffee & hot Chocolate too, so we asked for 1 hot chocolate but guess staffs were really busy talking with each other. But seems manager is no way interested to understand the problem we had faced on top of that he is saying I’m coming and listening to you what do mean by that? Are you doing any favour on us? Manager named Mr. Guneet says we don’t serve hot chocolate still we served you and haven’t charged you any money for that are you serious ? Your staff only said that it is inclusive in buffet. We asked for Indian breads and hot chocolate but staffs are busy talking to each other rather getting food and serve on table asked for 3times but they are still getting only by the time it was 2.45 already. I also raised an issue of only having three eggless desserts which was again disappointing on that Mr. Guneet saying you are not having that also! Who are you to tellme that I’m not having that also? Do even know the reason behind it? No right! So listen and can you tell me who puts pineapple in strawberry short cake? I have been specifically coming to jw cafe for their deserts but only 3 desserts on top of that you are putting pineapple and serving as strawberry cake who gone eat that?? Just took one bite of strawberry short cake and couldn’t eat because it was so so sweet boz of tinned pineapples which they have put in layers inside cake. It was so so bad i couldn’t eat it and i feel bad for wasting but sweetness of pineapple was over powering. Also manger says we never served japenese food really is that so? You don’t serve now that can be a thing but restaurant used to serve before lockdown. Very rude Manager named Mr. Guneet We don’t charge you also that much really?? For your kind information before lockdown restaurant used to charge us 2500/- inclusive taxes and we used to get Japanese, thai other cuisine good food and good service too JW cafe you had betters mangers earlier before lockdown. You really need to look into this! Staff comes and say buffet counter closing time is 3 and while we had asked for Icecream at 2.55 they says buffet counter is closed but it’s open for others till 4. Is this way you behave with your customers ? I have been visiting JWCafe since many years it was mine 5-6 visit also last visit because we were treated very badly by manager as if he is doing any favour on their customers. Will tell you just one thing your not serving me for free I’m paying the restaurant and i don’t expect such kind of food and service from the managers like you. I had visited many times but never complained once also boz earlier I got good food food service but I guess managers have been changed here is this the way they treat their customers then JWCAFE you will start loosing your customers! Train your staff Train your managers Service very very bad Food is not good at all Eggless Desserts very less ( only 3 ) Vegetarian food and Non Vegetarian food are kept on same table why ??? Can’t you keep vegetarian and non vegetarian separately do you have problem in that also? I wanted to raise this issue because people are using same serving spoon for veg and non veg both. At the counter i saw one person self serving veg food with same non veg spoon it was really disgust to see that. Being a pure vegetarian I eat outside but if this kind of things happening at restaurants then i won’t be visiting places who serve non vegetarian food also. Never visiting again !More

I am very regular at JW Cafe but recently when I came in I was disappointed about the fact that the hotel was divided into 2 parts and I had to sit at the Lobby area with my family for dinner. My expectations became very...low as the ambience was dull. As my dinner progressed me and my family got a little comfortable because the food was excellent and the service was top notch. We were served by Avalon who was the manager in-charge there and he gave us some amazing recommendations. We usually go for buffets but due to the circumstances we had to opt for Ala-carte and our decision to stay was worth it. Great job done by Avalon by making our experience worth it. I will surely be back with a bigger group next time Kudos to JW for an amazing experience and surprising us, Thank youMore

Went for lunch and dinner at the JW Cafe. Buffet spread were impeccable and so was the food, tempting and fresh. Service were honestly quite disappointing, as nobody will attend for anything unless asked, again any request would take forever to be fulfilled. Basic human...touch were missing, maybe not habitually a part of the customary restaurant etiquette’s. Ambience were very well adorned.More

a wonderful place, great food options and a very extensive range. Staff is excellent and very well trained on how to make the guests feel SUPER. Visited here with the family, had food options ranging from the youngest in the family to the eldest, such...is the variety they provide. Indian breads are fantastic and are served hot, They also helped in getting Bhakri made for my Father. The salads and the desserts section are also a handful, one is spoiled for choices here. The curries and the vegetables are also very well prepared and with a lot of options The breakfast menu is also very extensive..one can find his stomach full only on the breakfast.:P A few very special thanks to the people who were always helpful.. Sujeet - The restaurant manager who helped with all the varied food requests. Nihlil Y - Always helping, jovial nature and also provided a special cake for the birthday of the litte one Tushar - Playing, helping, and always greeting with a smile. Do visit to have an enriching food experience.More

We visited this Cafe on 7th March which happened to be International Women's Day Celebration there . We were greeted with a rose each ... Omg such an expansive spread!!! Even though it was priced at INR 3500 per head (including taxes ) ,most of...the dishes were top- notch !!! From live Sushi Counter with salmon, teppan cuisine to Live Grill Station with lobsters ,mussels ,octopus ,sea bass to cheese, cold cuts ,bread section,Paella (Spanish ) counter , a variety of breads and cheese to the usual Indian , Chat counter ,Chinese ,Thai they had it all ! I loved the Sushi, Grills ,Prawns Teppanyaki ,Charcoal Burger ( which the chef customised with amazingly juicy fish fillet for me ).Also the waffles which are one of the best in Mumbai . Highlight was the dessert section which had edible Lipstick and earrings which looked so real !! For once I wish I could upload more than 10 pics as had to leave out many good ones this time. Staff was really courteous and service was decent. It's a must experience for any foodie ... though more options for non veg especially sea food .More
