Great Service by Mr Shivkumar ! I would definitely recommend him. They serve the best of cocktails and food. What makes life good at bombay high is Food and beverage with right service and quality I am really thankful to service of gaurav surve at Bombay high and his extraordinary service and attitude to ensure that guest are taken care first and are happy...Due to some reason the lounge was not operational at itc and was closed when we visited at 4pm and we decided to move to bombay high and complete our business meetings,i admire gauravs for taking initiative and making our evening much better and also I appreciate cleatus at peshawari for excellent service and serving best kabbaabs in town ,i strongly recommend their kabbaabs and black daal ,its very important to make prior reservation for peshawariMore

Thank you for making our evening special with your lovely drinks. We ordered for margarita and LiT. The LiT was simply amazing so we went in for multiple ones. Absolutely to our taste and palette. The most horrible customer service experience. Took over an hour to grab attention of a waiter for a almost empty bar. One hour to have a glass of water served. Talked to the Bar Manager, Manager on Duty and a senior manager to let me...me know ot was unacceptable.....duh That's obvious but when I asked why especially when fully staffed and about 30% of tables occupied no answer......all I got was we will talk to our staff. Lots of tables with empty glasses not cleared for 25 minutes.....Guest gesturing to waiters who were twidling thier thumbs either to get another drink or place an order. Pathetic.........Not on par with Taj or OberoiMore
