We were staying at intercontinental Mumbai . Planned for an Dinner at Kebab Corner ... this place is very good and had dined before also . We reserved an corner sea view table at 4 pm for our 8.30 pm . There was an goof...up by the restaurant . Their chef was coming around and asking us about the food and what better I can do etc . Really appreciate an 50 + yr old chef taking care of the guests so well ... service was below average . They took our order and served starters . Even the chutney’s were not being refilled , you need to keep calling them again and again . After our starters were over , nobody bothered to come and take the main course order . When we dine in an 5 star hotel , we expect an 5 star service . On this service part I would give an huge thumbs down to Kebab Korner . After complaining to the chef , Mr Jaspal came and apologised and told that he will take care , by that time all the damage had been done and our mood was also irritated because of the service .. Today we visited the Kebab Corner Restaurant of Intercontinental Hotel, Marine Drive Mumbai with 17 guests. Though we had come with ore booking of tables, the service at the restaurant was really awful. The service staff was so forgetful that after serving drink, they forgot...to bring the ordered soft drink and Tonic water as late till the heap of ice cubes melted in the drinks and no waiter was bothered to check whether the drinks are ready for drinking. After waiting for half and hour, the waiter was called and asked to take the drink back due to the poor service. He was shown unhappiness on this but to utter surprise he showed no remorse. Instead the waiter said it’s ok when I said I am not happy with the poor service. The matter was reported by me to the Manager of the Restaurant who also didn’t show enthusiasm and gave the same type of stereotype response no better than the waiter. I didn’t eat food thereafter. I didn’t show my displeasure to my guests in the group of 17 otherwise they would have left the restaurant without eating food. The service at Kebab Corner is really pathetic and I will never recommend this horrible place to anyone not to even look at the place ever again. This bad experience was meted out after hosting so many parties and programs in the hotel. Shame on the hotel management and staff. Service must improve before more damage happens to the reputation of the hotel.More

Kebab Korner is a popular restaurant for Indian cuisine! Last two visits we have the Vegetarian Thali- huge variety- starters- Paneer Tikka- delicious- and Sheekh Kebab- ok ok. Four vegetables - Paneer, Kofta, Aaloo, mix veggies- nice, Daal Maakhni- and then we had the Shahi...Tukda and the Jalebi Caviar for desserts!! Was too much food - but enjoyed!More

Tried this place with a friend for a quick lunch. As the name specifies, the place is popular for it flavoursome Mughlai delicacies. It comprises of indoor as well as outdoor seating, overlooking the road. We decided to accommodate ourselves indoors. The menu here is...short, so it did not take us too long to decide the order. We ordered Prawns Koliwada and for the main course we opted for the Murg Tikka Masalas. We paired it with Tandoori Roti and a glass of soft drink. The food arrived on our table within 15-20 minutes and was served hot. Both the dishes were quite delicious and the portions were decent too. The staff here was attentive as well. Half as well as full portions can be ordered depending on one’s appetite and the number of people sharing the food. Should definitely be tried if you are in the mood to indulge in some decadent Mughlai flavours.More

Apart from amazing view, this place has some astounding authentic north Indian food. The staff is affable. I loved the food here. Very tasty and fresh. This place is located on 1st floor at intercontinental, Marine drive. They have lots of variety for kebab and...north Indian food. The place is well maintained and neat. Ambience is royal. The best part is you get amazing Sea view while eating. Food we called for was:- Veg kebab platter (5/5)- This platter included broccoli marinated in mustard sauce, paneer Khali aaloo, veg seekh, jaitui paneer. We loved this one. Daal makhani (5/5)- Amazingly cooked. A must order dish here. Chole Amritsari(5/5)- We loved the chole. Lacha chur(55/)- it's crushed paratha with red chilli as garnishment. Oreo Tart (5/5)- okay.so this dessert isn't there in menu but the chef specially made this yummy dish for us.Thank you chef for this. Strawberry mojito (5/5)- A very lovely and refreshing drink. I loved it. We had a lovely time dining at this wonderful place. This place is child friendly and perfect for family get togethers. Valet is available.More

The Kebab-Korner is specially known for its scrumptious kebabs and the some signature dishes coming directly from their inhouse-kitchen. Situated at 1st floor at Intercontinental the place gives a killer queen's necklace view while you dine in there.The staff is very humble with a positive...attitude. The place has brownish dim lights and tables designed with fantastic decor.Jaspal sir was attending us and yes he was in a friendly manner recommending the best stuff out here,so full marks for the service. Starters-Veg seekh kebab,jaituni paneer tikka marinated with olives just impressed us.sarson brocoli tandoor was way better. For non-vegetarians they had Pomfret,mutton seekh kebab,tandoori murgh and loads of options.The kebabs were juicy and i would admit the name KEBAB KORNER says it all. Mains-the mains were extra-ordinary which included long variety of subzis like murgh tikka makhni,subz miloni,nbhuna gobhi masala,lahori aloo,ambotik curry, baingan chokha,mutton curry with salad.Accompanied with churchur naan which was infused with red-chilli had a fab taste.The subz biryani had a basic taste with balanced flavors- of course a biryani lover's stomach will be loaded with happiness. Each dish was authentically prepared with correct proprtion of spices,i guarantee you will return back with a huge smile on your face.For desserts you can goo for malai kulfi/gulab jamun.I would highly recommend this place for kebab lovers and the delicious north indian and mughlai dishes which will drop your jaws for sure. Def coming back again to try other dishes which i missed this time.More
