We were attended by Mr. Sandeep who helped us with the menu as we didn’t know much about lebanese cuisine. We loved the hummus and pita. Rose petal ice cream was cherry on the top! 5 stars is specially for the service. ❤️

My wife and me were here last week after a visit to the Gateway of India and a sail in harbour. So it was great to see it from the windows of Souk. We didn't have a reservation but we were seated without any fuss...by a very friendly and helpful staff. The cuisine as the restaurant name suggests is Mediterranean. We had the classic hummus, the falafal, and the sheesh taouk. And finished it off with a plate of bakalava. Our waiter Pankaj surprised us with a complimentary rose petal ice cream. Besides this was the experience. One of the staff went out of his way to take a photo of us with the Gateway of India in the background on his mobile phone and emailed it to me. Because the same photo was not coming clear on my mobile. The chef came to have a few words with us, and later the head waiter came and had a small talk with us.More
Souk is one of the first restaurants in Mumbai that started serving Lebanese/Middle Eastern food. The place is still as good and the chef was really friendly and cooked some really great food.
Superb restaurant! A wonderful dining experience with amazing views over the Arabian Sea and Gateway of India. But best of all, the finest food and the friendliest team!!
Superb place to eat in Mumbai. Great views from this sky high restaurant, but best of all - the delicious food they serve.
Located atop Taj Towers, it offers a spectacular view of the Arabian Sea Food was generally good, with the Sheesh Taouk a standout Even in a partially full restaurant with easy table availability service was patchy, sometimes chaotic🙄
We had falafel pita sandwich and not only it tasted bad but presentation was ordinary like home cooked humble food in a plate no salad, sauce, sides with sandwich.basically incomplete food plate with dry falafal cold veggies no sauce to give it body and texture not...seasoned properly.we left it and they are least bothered to ask guests if they like food.they will put water bottle and dissapear no serving in glass.servers n chefs will talk to each other loud.i could hear crockery breaking sound twice and loud.No view during night from restaurant.Save yourself by not going there.More
This beautiful restaurant is located on the top floor of Hotel Taj Tower. During our stay, my family decided to celebrate my birthday here over dinner. They serve Lebanese, Mediterranean, Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine. In veg we had Batata Hara with Asparasus, Vegetable Tasine...Souk Way and Turkish Chili Grilled Vegetable. My son had non veg Sheesh Taouk. The food was absolutely delicious something different from regular Mumbai food. The ambience was great, a classy restaurant. Our server Kalpesh was very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Restaurant Manager Parvathi Ramesh who was on her toes all the time with a smile on her face. By the time we left the restaurant it was 11 PM and next morning when we came at 9 AM for breakfast she was there with her positive energy to welcome us. She will go far in hospitality industry. The view in the morning overlooking Gateway of India, Harbor and Arabian Sea was mind blowing. However the bread and cake items were not up to Taj standard. May be the breakfast here was a makeshift arrangement to accommodate rush from Shamiana. Worth vising for lunch and dinner...More
Nice view and ambiance, and very kind staff that give us best seat with full view over gate of India , Service was very slow and food not tasty as we expected
Dined here last week and the service was friendly, on point and exemplary. We ordered beetroot feta salad, sheesh taouk, Omali and a couple of drinks. Taste and presentation was great. Much appreciate the complimentary dates and zaatar breads.
Lovely venue on the rooftop of the tower wing at the Taj hotel. Views aren't quite as good as we hoped because whilst sitting down there is an outside railing that obstructs but OK if you stand up. Great Lebanese cuisine and very attentive and...helpful waiters, especially John who guided us through the menu with ease, having worked for nearly 40 yrs at the hotel! Little bit on the pricy side for what we had, so just gets 'very good' rather than excellent!More
Very good fried kibbie. Service was excellent. Unfortunately the wine list was poor and overpriced .
Our breakfast at 'The Souk - Taj Towers' was wonderfully satisfying. The #MasterChef Mr. Fernandes made us a special recipe on fish and eggs. My son #VihiBoy loved the Indian cuisine and muffins as well. Overall the experience was #UnexpectedlyAppetizing alongwith #GraciousHospitality. Would love to...be here again soon! Best regards, Ajay & familyMore
