My wife and I visited Ark and ordered food from cafe MOMO. Firstly I must stress just how brilliant Arman was in delivering us information on the food times, what to order from where and what is available etc. His courteous manner was absolutely heart...warming. We had called earlier to find out some more information and he had gone out his way to send us the menus available, to let us know he would go out of his way to show the big football match just for us, despite already being so busy with another private event. He called us after he sent the information to confirm we had received this and check if we had any questions. Arman and adit welcomed us on our arrival and again both were nothing short of exceptional, helpful, friendly and nothing was ever too much. We didn't even need to taste the food for us to write this review - that's how good they were. However when the food did arrive it was delicious!More

I appreciate the very good service by the F & B team especially Isteqab ( I think the name means...Desire ) . I also met Asif from concierge and his hospitality is excellent . Hereby take to sending a feedback for Mr. Dhruv who definitely has an edge over others for his so well versed with his hospitality training that he never fails to make his guests feel comfortable and homely which I've been experiencing for the last 3-4...of my visits to the momo café. While taking orders he understands all your pointers and personally sees to it that the chef caters to all the instructions to serve the perfect order on the table. His body language confidence always smiling and wanting to help are his unmatched qualities constant every time and for all his guests. Not to forget he brews excellent coffee each time just as instructed. Today I also observed Mr. Naresh a budding server but having equal qualities to the former mentioned in this review. The ambiance was relaxed and the food was amazing! My waiter hiren kape was super helpfull and friendly and did an amazing job. Prices were pretty good too! I can recommand this beautifull place to anyone.
