The Marriott Aerocity always makes you feel welcome and pampered. And this stay was another wonderful stay at this extremely well run hotel for the three of us.
We always enjoy the excellent food prepared by very competent chefs in the K3 restaurant. Chefs Bhagwat Singh and Bhatia prepared delectable Indian dishes. Chef Sudheer Kumar offered a variety of Chinese dumplings and soups. It is impossible to list the variety on offer across Indian, Chinese and Italian cuisine - we love all of it.
Every aspect of this hotel from reservations, checkin, housekeeping was accommodating and attended to our requests promptly. Our best hotel stay across our travels in the last 12 months.

I'm here for 7 days in quarantine (day 3 today), I can already say that the service here is amazing. Staff calls make sure everything is in order, if we have any special requests and such, the food is great too (and served with a lot of variety).
Talking about which, I asked for mine to be modified according to my preferences (more spicy, and at a specific time since I'm having a severe her lag), and chef Ashish was apt at doing everything I asked for.
Food tastes great, no menu has yet been repeated, and have no problems whatsoever.

We were stepping out after nearly 6+ months of staying at home due to pandemic. We were not sure how will it go. Being a club Marriott we were regulars at K3 and as we reached the hotel after seeing familiar faces (Anil @ valet) we were at ease!
The hotel is following all guidelines regarding COVID19 by maintaining social distancing / temperature checking and sanitizing etc.
K3 is a multi-cuisine kitchen consisting of Chinese / Italian and Indian cuisine having their own stations and probably the largest buffet spread in town! It is commanded by Chef Sandeep Pande who was personally there, interacting with guests and putting them at ease regarding all measures taken by the restaurant. Some COVID 19 measures taken are :The buffet is brought to your table - one has to go to the various kitchen or ask the server to bring to you what you want. Each table along with chairs are sanitized thoroughly before the next guest is seated. A distance of minimum 6 feet is kept between tables.
We love chinese food and the kitchen was headed by Chef Sudheer Kumar, who dished out amazing food for us. His humility really touched us and we thank him very much for the lovely experience that we had after so long.
Need to mention Chef Nelson, who personally got us our favorite desert Fruit Trifle (which was not on the menu)
and we thank him very much.
Each and every person at the restaurant with whom we interacted went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome! Thanks!

After being in several months of lockdown, we went for a meal outside. The hotel was following all guidelines and precautions. The staff was super helpful and not often do we experience such exceptional service. We were given almost everything that was on the buffet on the table and they made custom dishes without any additional cost. Italian chef provided outstanding food was authentic and mouthwatering. Sachin provided us very good service. Thank you for all your efforts and providing us an enjoyable time.

I had a fantastic experience at the K3 which I visited with family for a birthday dinner. Not only did the staff take care of our social distancing preferences to be seated in a secluded area but also served us with unmatched hospitality. We were served by Rahul who was very considerate at all times. When my mother told them that it's my birthday, Rahul was so kind to ask the baker to get a cake. To our surprise, the cake, prepared by Chef Joginder, was huge and very delicious and we thanked Shahbaaz Abdullah for serving us the cake with kindness and generosity.

It’s always exciting to be here at K3, It’s my favourite among Delhi almost all Five stars restaurants I have tried many times. But here I found every time full satisfaction in food quality as well as hospitality and chefs service specially by Chef Sudheer, he can readily read your mind to your taste and you get exactly what you think, All staff is very good and love to serve you with full enthusiasm and passion. I couldn’t have sought a better experience at JW Marriott on a friend’s birthday. Considering the pandemic, the staff was following all the norms provided by the Delhi government in order to maintain the maximum hygiene.
As I had planned a buffet for four friends, we were supposed to take a round and read the cards kept near the dishes, decide what we desire and inform the staff. The staff will then serve the dish at our table. This plan, sure has increased the work of the staff but we were very well served and taken care by Alok,Shubham and others. The head chef was kind enough to introduce himself and keep a check on us. Md.Alam was one of the amazing chefs who served us garlic palak, which was beyond the word ‘delicious’. Each and every cuisine was well prepared, felt absolutely fresh and really helped cherish the evening. Chef Ashish was generous enough to make sure we like the food.
Also, Alok overheard me joking with my friends about the desert which was baked yogurt with blueberries, that I shall hide and take away. He was gracious enough to come up with a box where he has packed the deserts along with few others which I was appreciating and joking about.
My experience during the time of pandemic was also more than astounding. I definitely loved everything about K3 at JW Marriott.

We had a great time when we went to K3 to have lunch buffet this Saturday. Staff was amazing. They really attended us really well. All safety precautions were taken care of during this covid period. There was lot of variety and even few things which were not on menu, but on request they still made it for us. Chinese counter was amazing Ashish and his team were very nice to make Thai red curry even when it was not on the menu and was delicious. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one.

This is my fourth stay at JW Marriott Aerocity. It is the only hotel I stay in Delhi. Food and service rival any hotel that I stay in my many travels. The room accommodations and housekeeping have been flawless. The front staff and concierge are extremely accommodating. The chefs and wait staff of both the Exec Lounge and K3 restaurant have no equal. JW Marriott Aerocity is the only hotel for me to stay for both proximity to Indira Gandhi Intl Airport and the outstanding service received.

Excellent experience with superior service. Having managed 2 restaurants in Honolulu, Hawaii and with a degree in Travel Industry Management, I make sure to mention workers that went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience. Akshit is the one who offered to make me something that was not on the menu for the day. Chicken Shumai, which I love. But, it was no longer only the wonderful taste of them that stay with me. It is this person to stop what he was doing in order to create a selfless memory for one of his guests. He delivered the shumai to my table and I asked him for his name as I find it rare to have worked with or witnessed cooks to do what normally a waitstaff would do. In my opinion, I can see a true passion in this industry and these people truly need to be acknowledged, commended and hopefully invested in if the plan is to keep a restaurant successful for many years to come. I will recommend B3 to anyone asking in our daily flights to DEL on United Airlines because of this lasting memory I will carry with me for many years to come.

Great food. We had ala carte spare ribs, Schezwan lamb, and the dumpling basket. Everything was melt in the mouth. Chef Ashish made us feel at home and the ricotta cheesecake was the cherry on the cake.

I visited K3 for brunch this Sunday (oct 18) and Chef Fulvio helped me navigate the menu and recommended dishes . I loved every dish recommended by him , he was extremely courteous and helpful. I realised that I had asked for the ravioli on table 53 , but when the dish came completely forgot and sent it back. I am extremely sorry and request you to pass my apology to the chef . I loved all his recommendations and regret missing on the ravioli. But this also gives me a reason to revisit. Please ensure this message reaches the restaurant staff and particularly Chef Fulvio. Once again, I had a wonderful experience and a newfound love for Italian food. Thank you Chef Fulvio :)

A wedding anniversary in which the 2nd digit is 5 or 0 is always special. So when I and Divya decided to go on a milestone wedding anniversary date, we decided it has to be a place with great ambiance, an extensive choice of food, and a place where we could sit without getting looks saying hey when are these guys moving out.
And yes, we wanted to feel special on this special day. Now, word of mouth helps, and we'd heard great things about K3 and the buffet spread it offers. BTW, here's a disclaimer, we're both smaller eaters and knew we would never be able to taste most of what was on the menu. But thanks to Chef Ashish's pampering, we ended up tasting a lot that K3 had to offer. Right from the Chicken seekh and fried fish being served outside to the Dumplings at the Chinese food counter and the Pasta and Pizza at the Italian food counter, and finally something from the Indian food counter where the Ghosth Biryani was awesome and so was the soft laccha Parantha.
And when Divya casually mentioned to chef Ashish that it was our anniversary he quickly served us a portion of a chocolate cake apologising that we didn't give him time to serve a specially made cake. We did ofcourse enjoy the kulfi stick too at the dessert counter. I'd like to appreciate the staff who served us, they were polite and unobtrusive. The ambiance was so good that we lingered on for a while longer, savoring a cappuccino.
So maybe sometime soon, sometime again we'll step into K3 and help ourselves to another memorable evening.
