We ate here as a party of 6 on a Friday evening with reservations. The place is nicely decorated and has good indoor and outdoor seating options. The tab ended up being ~350USD, half was booze and half was food. We ordered a French Sauv....Blanc and they brought a French Chardonnay instead : ) Whatever, people make mistakes. It took a while to come out so I suspected that they were trying to ice it. Sure enough a hand check of the bottle indicated that it was basically room temp, so I requested a bucket of ice. We also ordered a round of cocktails including some Hot Toddy's and some London Dry Betel rinks. Cocktails were well made, though the Hot Toddy's were not quite sweet enough for my uncle's liking. We ordered a variety of food including pasta, pizza, kebabs, salmon, shrimp, fish taco, lamb etc. The Tamarind fish tacos were "ok" but I would not recommend them. They need some slaw in the middle to improve the texture. Grilled shrimp were too dry. Napoli glazed chicken was decent. The garlic chicken tikka was good, though marinated too long in yoghurt so the texture of the meat was a bit too soggy. The pizza and the mushroom linguini were both very good. The dessert of Tiramisu was missing the liquor that is a key ingredient and didn't taste right. The Banoffee was just "ok." The most surprising thing is that to get things like fresh plates, napkins etc. one had to ask several times. I realize that it is difficult to get world-class service in some place, but at these "world-class" prices I would have expected more. The music was also too loud - which I suppose means that I am too old. : ) I'd stick with the Italian food and cocktailsMore

While this place has been here since forever and my first experience wasn't that good, this time was a complete turnaround. The place looks awesome, both exteriors and interiors. The service is neat and the food is mind-blowing. We started with Seafood Linguine which was...superb! I wish to have more of it as I write. Main Course order was Nalli Boti Biryani and Tawa Meat Amritsari and again, I am craving for both as I write, they were that good. The Mutton was the softest while the Tawa Meat was the best ever I have had. Perfectly accompanied with Pudina Parathas. A perfect food paradise.More

Lovely restaurant. Each dish from the thin crust pizza to the lamb pasta to the grilled sole fish was outstanding. Service was a bit slow and we had to change our table due to some "sweating" from the ceiling. Overall a great time there.

The saying ‘together everyone achieves more’ stands true here! Nirmal, Santanu, Shiv, Nihal, Ansh and everyone else on the team made me want to go back to Fio. Not just for the food but their outstanding service! Everyone is so positive! I loved the vibe....It was so fun that it got late so quickly. I recommend their pizzas and cocktails and don’t be afraid to ask for suggestions! I guarantee they won’t disappoint you!More

Delightful ambience, beautiful interiors, warm and hospitable staff and lovely food and drinks! The place in the evenings is very romantic with the way the lighting and seating is done! The head mixologist is an absolute charmer and whips up special cocktails on demand. The...food has some interesting innovation too and can be quite a treat to the palate. We had attended an ushering in 40 party which was quite a charming way to celebrate indeed and the staff did all they could to make it special. The DJ though did have some run-ins with the crowd as he was just not acceeding to play Bollywood or other classy English numbers and just kept playing Punjabi. It was a rare Delhi occasion where the DJ could have had a free run with great music but limited himself to playing Punjabi. But a night to remember indeed!More

We recently dined at Fio for lunch on a weekend and were fairly disappointed with the quality of food. The restaurant has an impressive range of cocktails and a bar menu, so a drink is recommended. For food, we ordered Tapas Romano, both vegetarian and...non-vegetarian (I preferred the vegetarian - even though it was slightly dry - but every non-vegetarian food item was spicy). The main included Basil Pesto vegetable pizza (recommended), Prawn Linguini (prawn was dry and linguini too spicy) and vegetarian risotto (again, spicy). Unfortunately, the spice levels were too high and we were unable to taste the food properly. The dessert included flourless chocolate cake (recommended) and apple tart tartin (apple was too strong in flavor). The best part of the meal was the coffee, which is served on a beautiful individual platter with a nice cookie. The service was great and the ambiance is relaxed.More

I visited Fio Nehru Place on 2nd May for Dinner. Food was great and we had a good time at the place. We came back home and later when I checked the Bill, I was billed rs 275 per drink for Diet cokes whereas in...the menu the price was 195 per drink. I faced a similar situation in one of the prior visits also, few weeks back where at the time of Billing I was carefula and had to get the number of drinks corrected.More
