While staying at the Hyatt Regency we made our way to this restaurant. The ambiance of it was wonderful. Great service from the moment we entered the restaurant. A bit on the pricer side but the quality of the food was worth it. They also have an open kitchen so you can see all of the action.

If one is missing Chinese food while in India then this restaurant is a good option - but at a price. It is fine dining so this is to be expected. The dishes also have been modified for Indian palates but there are sufficient options to suit most tastes. I'm not really one for fine dining and Chinese food at... More

Wide variety of dishes at buffet along with some made to order dishes. The chicken stir fry was delicious as was the freshly made Indian breads. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help. Prices were expensive and wine was extortionate. Restaurant was also very quiet - most Ikely due to pricing.

When you think of Chinese recipes, its always rice, noodles and also Manchurian without a second though but at The China Kitchen in Hyatt Regency Delhi which has recently launched its new menu, you get a lot more. Curated by the Godfather of Chinese cuisine Chef Jack Aw Yong - Executive Chef at Park Hyatt Beijing, the new menu is... More

The China Kitchen renewed their menu. Fantastic food, presented in a way every nationality understands it. Friendly service minded staff. The Beijing Duck is not cheap, but a must... One star less then max for the out of sync serving of the main dishes for 3 guests. Side note: ordering a classic Daiquiry here gives you a Daiquiry as It... More

No one can do better Peking duck than China kitchen. I also like the dimsums but there hits and misses with them on various occasions. The wines are nice and service is fine. But I go back again and again only for the Peking duck Please keep the consistency.

I try to visit the restaurant every time I'm in Delhi. The food is pretty authentic (at least as long as you stick to Szechuan) and of fantastic quality. They recently added a selection of dumplings to their menu, looks quite good but as I'm not into dumplings I didn't try it so far. Staff is extremely attentive - this... More

This is an award winning restaurant in Delhi and we were recommended this restaurant by the hotel. We had friendly waiters with very attentive service. All the food we ordered was delicious - the duck is one of their signature dishes and it was lovely. Overall a good experience.
