Juggernaut is an upmarket restaurant that offers predominantly South Indian dishes. The food and service were good. However, the outlet on Barakhamba Road has only one wash basin for hand wash, and it is located inside a common washroom. This causes delays to persons who only want to wash their hands.

Food is great. Slightly disappointed with service, its the policy of management not staff. They literally force you to buy mineral water at 6 times the normal price even though you repeatedly tell them to serve you RO water which is mandatory for any restaurant. Please take action, most disappointing feature. Otherwise everything is good. The Thali was delicious. Cold Filter Coffee is not to be missed, perfect taste, right amount of coffee and right sweetness.

We have been coming to this lovely restaurant ever since it opened up. The food by far is the best I have had so far at any other South Indian restaurant .
The restaurant’s decor will surely win your heart. Plus the food will make you wanna go nowhere else but, Juggernaut, it’s that good.
They have a prompt service, staff are very well behaved, quality & the taste of food is simply, fab.
The best part it that, they not only serve South Indian food, but North Indian delicacies too, & mind you, the taste is equally good.
The restaurant is very popular and hence there’s always a waiting, make sure to walk in early to avoid waiting.
Give them a try. If you haven’t visited them yet.

Not worth wait for more than an hour. Ambience is good but food is ok type only...south indian thali is not worth 400 rs..they just served 1 malabar parontha and 1 appam with very less portion of rice with veggies..Naivedyam and saravana bhawan thalis are exceptionally too good...their thalis are full of varieties and have large quantity too..Chettinad idli was bad ..the oil was bad in which they were fried. Overall experience was not that good ..wasn't expecting this after waiting for 1 &1/2 hours.

We went to Juggernaut Rajouri garden and booked a table for 10 and for our turn to come they told us to wait for an hr. We waited for one hr and when it was our turn they have d table to some one else and told us it was by mistake. Terrible service and quality of food is extremely poor . We gave order for 8 north Indian thali and 2 rawa masala dosa and our order came after 50 mins.It is new outlet with extremely high waiting time and poor service. I would say a BIG NO to all you who are planning for this place.

I have better south indian food in local dives around delhi . It was just about average , the ambience is pretty , sat in east of kailash but the food is not up to the standard they charge . Firstly the service is terrible , the staff who took the order wasn't trained took over 6 to 7 minutes for him to understand what we required and still botched up our order . We were served half the menu first and the second half came about 15 minutes later . The paneer chettinad wasn't flavourful with rich thick coconut base but had very north indian flavour and taste. It wasn't a lip smacking experience and left the table feeling we sat in food court in a mall .

This is a very popular south Indian restaurant in the area and is always busy at peak times. I went with friends non peak time and the food and service was good. The Malabar parotta was good and idli vada standard like any good south Indian restaurant. What was great was a seasonal recommendation ftom the staff to try a jamun juice. It was really fresh and tasty. Parking is generally easy to find in the market.

Worst experience ever ..
i was there for lunch ,nobody to guide for a seating .next i waited for 10 minutes before i could get the food menu which i got after asking for it twice . The first staff ignored it n i had to ask the another person for it.
Then dosa was ok but there was nobody to ask if i needed some more of sambhar or anything else..last but the worst was the mint chocolate shake which is ordered n rcvd other flavour and on asking again for change they handed over a plain vanilla shake with mint leaves and chocolate pcs in it which was the worst i ever had n even imagined of ..

One of the Most authentic food experience.
I eat here all the time because the food is freshly cooked and the consistency of flavour is perfect. The South Indian Thaal will definately induce food come into a food lover. The snacks choley bhaturey, chaat, pav bhaji are perfectly authentic in flavour. Even the thai green curry is perfect! I've tried most items on their menu now, and everything is true to its flavour. The BEST thing about Juggernaut, everything is FRESHLY prepared! And has a complete sattvic feel to it.

We went to Juggernaut Rajouri Garden. The rasam was nice and so was the appam. Ordered the masala dosa. The Aloo masala had gone bad and so was the tomato chutney. The server on the table wasn’t ready to accept when it was pointed out. Overall it was the worst Masala Dosa I have had ever. The crowd in the restaurant suggests it should have good food but we had an experience which was contrary to the belief. Avoid the restaurant if possible or reach early in the evening.

The newly opened outlet in Rajouri Garden is what I am writing about. Today afternoon I went to the restaurant for lunch. The place was reasonably occupied, 10/12 tables were occupied. Enthusiastic about what to expect, we ordered our food, 3 dishes for 3 people. First item arrived in about 20 minutes. Then the next item came after a wait of 15 minutes more. The third item, a Paneer Dosa, took another 20 minutes and 2 reminders.
So far my exasperation was up. I was trying to call a waiter but inspite of being loud, could not. I had to get up and go to the counter to request for a helping of sambhar. Good 5 minutes by the watch later, after my dosa is finished, a guy brings sambhar. In the meantime we had ordered a dahi wada too, but it was not to be seen even after 30 minutes. In the meantime, I saw another customer telling the waiter that since he was not being given the bill, he will consider it complementary and walk out.
I called for my bill and paid. No one bothered to check that Dahl Wada was still not served.
Only thing worth remembering is not to go back again.

Hyped, over rated and advertised name worth a spit. My experience with food and service horrible. Quality of a thela wala is better. Over priced, stale rotton tomatoe on uttapam, not baked. Served after three reminders.
Over and above service charges added in bill. Wasted my time, money and got aversion to the place.
Not worth a spit.
My choice was dosa, uttapam and more but cancelled after seeing the dosa.
Paid and ran away.
I am sure this chain will ruin the promtor and will shut in no time.

Hidden gem, atleast for me.
The decor will simply blow you, they've maintained the decor theme throughout.
The south Indian menu is elaborate and food is simply superb. What really lacks is prompt service, the service staff is laid back and not warm. I dined here 3 days in a week and tried different items on the menu, the food was always on point, but the service staff has to improve and do better.
Reasonably priced and certainly at par with Sarvana Bhawan.

Recently visited with friends to celebrate with friends. Have not witnesses such divine, authentic and pleasant decor and ambience ever in any restaurant, not even in the one in 5 star hotels. Here, with the ambience, it was a great sense of simplicity, beauty and comfort and though the two former ones can be found in 5*s but not comfort in the environment (like you tend to be formal but not here).
Service was superb and lovely Bharatiya legacy can be felt even in their washrooms. Food was just superb - Rawa dosa and appams with some drinks (Pina Colada, Mojito and more). Unlike any other restaurant, I could finish whole dosa by myself (dosa was big, not small). Most residents of Northern Bharat want spicy food and fail to understand that authentic southern Indian food is not very spicy in the 5 states, not even the chutneys. The upper floor/terrace is so stunning. 7* for cleanliness, decor, service, food.
The birthday friend is a regular to this restaurant and we went there on her recommendation. Glad she introduced us to a truly wonderful place. We relished the food. Prices are not at all high as compared to Haldiram and Bikanerwala which surely do not provide the table service, comfort, class, beauty or ambience. We frequent these two and like their food but that is customized to Northern Bharat pallet.

The restaurant is situated in Kailash Colony Market and it looks very nice. The ambience of the restaurant is good. We wanted to order Juggernaut South Indian Thaal but due to Navratras they were just serving Navratra Thaali and it was really unexpected that an authentic South Indian restaurant will tell us that they don't have a South Indian Thaali. However we ordered Chettinad Masala Dosa and it was good. The Chutneys are good. I just felt the Sambar could be more power packed, but it tastes just fine.
