I like the ambience very much, though it was crowded and we had to wait outside to get seats. Food is really delicious and I had dahi vada for starters It was quite yummy. Staff is attentive and despite being busy they are quick.

Visited the restaurant after reading all the hype but saddened by the staff behaviour. A lesson in customer centricity is much needed. Place lacks warmth, value for money and energy provided the food comes hot and not after repeated requests.

juggernaut has lost its charm. Go with caution. Over the past 1 year, I have been here for dinning on 3-4 occasions and all of these times, I have come back disappointed (just like today's experience). What has been consistent over these past 3-4 bad...experiences is below: 1. The service is hell bent slow, slower than a sloth! If you order 3 or more dishes, they will come to your table one by one. So while 1 guest has started eating, the other guests are just staring at each other. The servers have to be reminded to bring the rest of the orders. I don't get why servers don't understand that they are supposed to bring the tables orders out together. If we wanted to eat separately, we might as well go back to our own homes and eat there. Also, the chefs inside need to plan out the service of the dishes that they all go out in time. 2. Their AC on the 2nd floor just wasn't effective enough, esp today. Ironically, their AC on their glasshouse terrace was superb but on the 2nd floor, it was just urgh! 3. Their food temperature was average (be it for the hot or cold food). Sambar, rasams etc were room temperature and the coconut chutney, red chutney which should ideally be cold, was warm. Makes me doubt their hygiene in the kitchen, if they leave it outside and not keep it in the fridge. Sadly, I really have to scratch my head to think about something good about Juggernaut. Is it their downfall?More

The restaurant is situated in Kailash Colony Market and it looks very nice. The ambience of the restaurant is good. We wanted to order Juggernaut South Indian Thaal but due to Navratras they were just serving Navratra Thaali and it was really unexpected that an...authentic South Indian restaurant will tell us that they don't have a South Indian Thaali. However we ordered Chettinad Masala Dosa and it was good. The Chutneys are good. I just felt the Sambar could be more power packed, but it tastes just fine.More

Great South Indian breakfast place for family. The options on the menu were amazing. Loved the floral arrangements. Shared lots of amazing delicacies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Juggernaut. Although we are not vegetarians, we found the meal to have great variety, and to be very tasty. I particularly liked the mushroom momos . The service was absolutely amazing. We would recommend eating here!

Hyped, over rated and advertised name worth a spit. My experience with food and service horrible. Quality of a thela wala is better. Over priced, stale rotton tomatoe on uttapam, not baked. Served after three reminders. Over and above service charges added in bill. Wasted...my time, money and got aversion to the place. Not worth a spit. My choice was dosa, uttapam and more but cancelled after seeing the dosa. Paid and ran away. I am sure this chain will ruin the promtor and will shut in no time.More

My wife made a plan to have lunch at Juggernaut, Rajouri Garden. WAIT TIME was 35 - 45 minutes. MEAL (Dosa's) was served almost cold. I asked TOP-UP chutney and Sambar did after 5 requests and when I raised it to Guy in Blue T-Shirt...(Manager) referred by their staff. SHAMELESS People and organization - JUGGERNAUT who ruined/spoiled my day and lunch. I canceled all my other orders placed and asked for the bill. The Manager brought the Bill attached for your reference despite of all these problems highlighted to him - SHAMELESSLY Charged the Service Charges. I would like to ask their Management - What is this? How dare you can do this? What are your SOPs? Is this legit? I was left with my family and did not check at the time of payment and found JUGGERNAUT cheated on me. This is blunt cheating by Juggernaut.More

Not worth wait for more than an hour. Ambience is good but food is ok type only...south indian thali is not worth 400 rs..they just served 1 malabar parontha and 1 appam with very less portion of rice with veggies..Naivedyam and saravana bhawan thalis are...exceptionally too good...their thalis are full of varieties and have large quantity too..Chettinad idli was bad ..the oil was bad in which they were fried. Overall experience was not that good ..wasn't expecting this after waiting for 1 &1/2 hours.More

We went to Juggernaut Rajouri Garden. The rasam was nice and so was the appam. Ordered the masala dosa. The Aloo masala had gone bad and so was the tomato chutney. The server on the table wasn’t ready to accept when it was pointed out....Overall it was the worst Masala Dosa I have had ever. The crowd in the restaurant suggests it should have good food but we had an experience which was contrary to the belief. Avoid the restaurant if possible or reach early in the evening.More

Wow experience ..authentic South Indian. Authentic South Indian spices.. had South Indian Thali and that was mind blowing. Must visit place for a quality meal n quality time..U can even buy their authentic spices and Gun Powder, Chetrinad Masala, Sambar Masalas.
