Excellent Chinese restaurant in connaught place. Although i tried the restaurant next to my hotel which I found seriously lacking. Someone advised me to try this one. I've been back numerous times. Their food is cooked to perfection as far as I'm concerned and I'm...a diehard foodie. I've had a couple of the soups and absolutely love their wonton. It's veg but you can get non veg wonton as well. Anything you order is good. Very clean and from what I understand around over 30 yrs.More

Thus is in strict sense a restaurant only , no interiors or things to look at . But wat they believe in is good food n service n m glad to have tried this .. Had booked it b4 but I was d only customer..., may b the navratre effect ! Talunein soup was really good , d best I ever had , especially for the thin noodles in it .. admixed with gentle amount of assorted veggies .. D best part is " spring rolls" , I would die for them . So good was the exterior coating , not too thick or thin n no oil coming out n smearing my hands ! Filled with cabbage onion mix , fried to just the optimum level.. a must try .., do try the red sauce with it , we used it to garnish our other item tooo.. Next up , in main course , American choupsey was nothing like I had in so many Chinese joints !!! Liquid veggies tomato sauce came separately with the thin noodles .. n u mix n eat , it was simply heaven .. a go ahead any day .. A hidden gem , but definitely needs to work upon the interiors n the wall paints n old serving glasses !!More

13.03.2019 This place was suggested to me by my sister. I visited this place with my fiance after office it wasn’t that hard to find this place.. it’s in the CP’s middle lane. The reastaurant is quite small with just 4-5 tables. They have one...page menu covering almost all the Chinese food and so we started off with Chicken Talumein Soup (Rs.165/-) not bad at all. It was perfect loaded with veggies and chicken. Portion wast too much for one so we asked for 1:2. After soup we had Chicken Chinese Choupsey(Rs.335/-). It was again nothing less than delicious. Portionwise : more than enough for one(person with normal appetite) Pricewise: affordable Tastewise: too delicious. As we were in bit hurry so couldn’t had other things but I’m definitely heading back to this place to try out more. PS: Before I had food here Bercos was always my go to place for chinese but not I would prefer this over bercos. Total Bill: 564/- More

You normally don't get to see Fa Yian even if you walk by it. You have to search for it, but its definitely worth the effort. I came across this place while looking for the famous Berco's and stumbled upon Fa Yian. Its a small...basic restaurant for no fancy frills, but with awesome food. The decor is simple and so is the furniture. The owner told that this place has been there for over three decades and has a sizeable patronship. It was empty when I reached but was soon bustling with people. Both veg and non-veg dishes are well prepared, tasteful and have enough portions. This place is good to visit with family and freinds and is quiet inexpensive. Its bang opposite Bercos, if you need a landmark!More

Now this is a place that you might not come across if you're a person who walks around the inner or the outer circle of CP. This is a small, hidden gem in the heart of cp where you can definitely enjoy delicious Chinese food....If you're done with mainland China or yo! China, then you're definitely going to love this place. It's a peaceful, little restaurant in the middle circle of CP. My personal favorite is the chicken noodles. This place will not disappoint you if you're looking for some quiet time with your group and craving some delicious Chinese cuisine.More

A small restaurant with very basic décor but possibly the best Chinese food in New Delhi! Don't be disappointed with the non-impressive entrance of this restaurant, once you are in and have your food, you will think differently about this little restaurant's charm! In this...restaurant we have enjoyed very authentic Chinese food and highly recommended.More

Whenever I visit different countries, I often like trying food that isn't from that country or my home country the United States of America. For example in Germany I tried a lot of Spanish food, in Indonesia I had a lot of Russian food, in...Brazil I had a lot of Thai food. So in India I decided to try a lot of Chinese food and Fa Yian has the best Chinese food I have had in the greater New Delhi area.More

End of the meal before the bill is...presented they give toothpicks along with 4 pieces of Polo to remove the garlicky taste from your breath. Will visit again for sure to try more. We were taken to this restaurant by a friend who lives in Dehli & ordered Kung Pao Shrimp, Sesame Chicken & another chicken dish. The sesame chicken was the only spicy dish, we also had steamed rice & fried rice & total came to $33...US (2350 INR) with 2-cokes. It's not easy to find unless you know where it is (see address in my photo). Good food & cool walk-down dining with only 8 or 9 tables.More

We went as a family to have an early chinese lunch with two children. The place was willing and able to provide lunch to us as early as 11.30 am. The decor, ambience and staff also reminded us of the days gone by. The Jasmine...Tea we had was served ina quaint Tea pot. Also the staff is willing to work around the menu based on specific requirements for children. We had a noodles and stir fried vegetables which was well prepared.More
