I had the pleasure to try some of their most amazing delicacies! It was my dad's birthday so instead of preferring the mainstream cake, i went with a variety of pastries since all looked so tempting and i wanted to try a variety in the...first place. The presentation is so cool, the rainbow pastry was so well layered, the equatorial pastry had a taste i jad never trued before, red velvet is not the usual one, so pretty in the shape of a heart, the dark truffle intenso was absolutely very intense, and the blueberry pastry, indeed had a surprise element to it!More

Disclaimer: This review is not about the shop, it's food, it's ambiance or staff because I have not visited the shop. I am writing about my experience with the staff and Ayush, probably the owner of the store while ordering and getting wedding cake delivered....I got married in Feb 19, 2019. I live out of India and my wedding was in Faridabad and requirements for my wedding cake were: 1. Good quality cake 2. A bakery which is willing to deliver cake to Faridabad 3. AsI was not in Delhi, a bakery which is willing to discuss details over phone or email. My cousin highly recommended Dezertfox, I checked their facebook and Instagram page and decided to contact them. When I called, I was told to contact Mr. Ayush for wedding cake over a phone number provided by the shop's reception. Ayush never responds to phone calls. So finally I had to send bunch of emails and make few more phone calls to get in touch with someone who was willing to coordinate with the ordering part. From here on ordering cake went smoothly. They emailed me the list of flavors for cake fillings and cake sponges with pricing and I placed order on email, transferred first installment (60% of total) online. They also sent me a form to fill out (which was quite professional) asking for all details about time of delivery, venue, and cake, my contact number, etc. They were kind kind enough to scan the copy of the receipt and email. I was quite satisfied with the ordering part. Only reason I am giving them one star. After this everything goes downhill. Now everything that went wrong. On Feb 17, I reminded Ayush that I have ordered cake for Feb 19 and if he can confirm that cake will be delivered at 3 PM and his reply was "Sure". On Feb 19, until 1 PM there was no sign of cake as no one from bakery tried to get in touch (no calls from the day payment was made). Finally my brother called 3 to 4 times. The Bakery's reception had no idea where the cake was. Finally I was sitting in mandap and I spoke to her and I told her my name and asked her to inquire about my cake. Instead using my name to find what cake I have ordered, she was asking me to describe the cake type. Why would you ask the customer to fill the form with cake details, if you can't do a search for cake using the name of customer. This really pissed me off and I told her to use my name and find what cake I have ordered by checking the forms and this time call me back with some information about the whereabouts of cake. Finally the cake arrived at 3:45 PM. The worst and something that completely pissed me off is that delivery was done using uber and an unboxed cake was delivered to the hotel. I was so shocked and so pissed and I asked the delivery guy that I want to talk to Ayush, he said that Mr. Ayush is out of country. How convenient, right? Now about the product, the cake was crooked. There were dark brown spots on it.The fondant work was shoddy. Fondant on cake tier is not smooth, visible bends. The names of bride and groom are not properly placed. My name is in smaller font than my husband's name. My name's icing has been wiped out, probably during transportation. The cardboard on which the cake is placed is also so falling apart. Final Words: Expect for a fancy name, there is nothing impressive about this Bakery. Their objective is to get paid and once money received, there is complete disregard to the product that is being delivered to the customer. There is no way for customer to provide feedback because the owner is always unavailable and the staff is completely unaware of the operations. Thanks to websites like Trip Advisor, potential customers can save themselves inconvenience and disappointment.More

Dezertfox is one of the top rated bakery outlet with a wide range of cakes, macaroons, brownies, cookies and shakes. Yesterday night i went here with my friend to have shakes and cakes. The interior of the place is eye-catching with painted walls and beautiful...ligths. This is the perfect place for those having a sweet tooth. Coming to food my pickups from their menu were Ferraro shake (5/5) creamy and chocolaty, Rich chocolate shake (5/5) a highly recommend shake here (must try it), Hazelnut broucher chocolate (5/5) unique with a great taste. All in all a perfect place to have good shakes, cakes and chocolates. A big thumbs-up from my side. Will again visit here soon.More

Searching for a gooey dessert we found our way towards Dezertfox in Gk1 market. Mesmerized by their products, we were drooling all over the moment we entered the outlet. The sweet aroma that filled the room was making us crave for every sweet item present...there. However, we satiated our sweet pangs with a rainbow pastry, a red velvet brownie, banana cupcake, a 5 layered chocolate pastry and a tiramisu jar. Bloated with happiness, we loved their tiramisu the most with utterly moist ladyfingers and a perfect quantity of coffee liqueur, enhancing the flavour to the optimum. The next came the red velvet brownie and the banana cupcake. The combination of red velvet and brownie is something worth devouring and it truly was splendid. The banana cupcake was also a delight which seemed congruent to banoffee pie but with a slight difference. The rainbow pastry and the chocolate pastry were decent and had a fluffy and airy cream and a lovely ganache. If we had to choose from these two, we would have been more inclined towards the rainbow one! All in all, we loved their offerings and were actually satiated to the core. Definitely coming back soon. Cheers ;)More

A super cute dessert place in the corner of outer circle block. The ambience and decor of the place is exactly how it should be - lively, colourful, peppy! There are only 3 high stools for seating with a side table. The wall next to...entrance is covered with beautiful post it’s by the diners and their msgs! The display of desserts was very extravagant. I tried the rainbow pastry, chocolate devil pastry, red velvet pastry and peach iced tea. The red velvet stood out! The issues were - 1. Their signature dishes weren’t available which was disappointing Cos I was really looking forward to trying them. 2. The pastries got way too cold n stiff in the refrigerator, probably cos of the temperature controls. Rest, a lovely place to visit. Cheers 🍻More

I have tried their desserts like a dozen of times and this place never disappoints. My favourites from here are:...- Banana & Walnut Tea Cake - Red Velvet Eclair -Nariyal Pani -Snow Fruit Pastry -Fruit Trifle Their desserts are always fresh and of supreme quality. Their plating is so good that these look like a piece of art. Inspite of all this, the prices are pocket friendlyMore

All those who have sweet tooth we have one more option now in GK to satisfy our cravings. I get to know about this place from a friend of mine who have been ordering on regular basis ...If you are looking for an absolutely delightful...treat , you have to turned up to this place. Treat yourself with tasty , indulging delicious pastries by dezertfox ! The decor is warm and welcoming with cute sitting for only six - seven people. Well i tried RED VELVET TIRAMISU BON BON- as the name sounds. Its a tiramisu with a twist, it defines a different definition of tiramisu. It had a coffee base as usual but the taste in this one was a little different. The base was a bit crumbly which made it taste even better. The Tiramisu on top had a chocolate dome and inside creamy texture and was better than many others. MOCHA MUD PUDDING - Coffee and dark chocolate make for great pairing. A good combination of coffee and chocolate is my first choice and the teens don’t mind it at all. In fact, the tastebuds have developed that they’ve inherited our love for coffee and chocolate. This pudding had a perfect balance of bitterness of coffee. It had four layers of chocolate ganache and dark chocolate cake soaked in coffee. Black Forest Pastry - it absolutely was nothing like normal woodland pastry. The presentation was super awesome and the taste too. By rating... ☆food taste.... 4/5 ☆ambience......4/5 ☆staff/service......4/5 ☆value for money.... 4/5 Over all it was a great experience to be here. They have a dine in option as well so it's an all in one solution Highly recommended !. We were so excited to try this place as they are known for their decorative dessert! First, this sweet shop is smaller in size with a sitting good for 3. Therefore, we will suggest you to prefer take-away or delivery option. The best thing, Dezertfox...was welcoming and the manager was co-operative. Second, we ordered:- Healthy Berry Smoothie Red Velvet Shake Chocolate Eclair Hazelnut Dome Fruit Trifle Belgian Chocolate Macron I found the smoothie really interesting as i came across having various berry seeds while drinking it. The smooth yogurt plus the citric taste of berries felt amazing. ( Tip - people suffering from bad throat should avoid this smoothie😶) The red velvet shake was thick as it should be but I would suggest you to top it off with some whipped cream, this can make a great and delicious difference. Next, the only thing we disliked, was the Chocolate Eclair, it was an absolute NO NO for us. It didn't felt fresh, it was filled with white cream and the chocolate over it was not good. The Hazelnut Dome was a unique and aesthetic looking dessert. The chocolaty shinny covering tasted like karachi halwa, I mean the taste was so close it and was stretchy, filled with hazelnut mousse and in the center was the chocolate truffle (like lindt ). It was placed on a almond flavoured base. Yummy indeed and a must try😍 After that we had fruit trifle, the custard filling was just delicious, the sweetness was apt, layered with diced mango, apple, coloured sponge cake. Loved it. Last, the macron, the texture was perfect... egg shell- like crust ( fragile) sandwiched with dense chocolate. We would love to order and try the fondant cake in the near future. We would recommend to improve the Eclair, rest was worth trying. For more photos, check out my zomato and Instagram page in the name of "Lip Smacking Food Community"More

The first thing I crave for after a good meal is a nice dessert. I’m personally a dessert lover and now i have found my new favourite place, which is this one. It is a perfect combination of nice food and great ambience. It is...a nice little bakery, in the Connaught place market area. They have a pretty decent ambience. The staff is quite polite and friendly. They have a large variety of pastries, cakes, cupcakes and waffles to offer. It surely is a treat for a dessert lover. Now coming to the food, i tried all these things in this bakery: Banofee pie jar: Layers of caramelised banana and cream..one of my all time favourite desserts. Looked so smooth and tempting and tasted equally good. Dark chocolate cupcake: Being a typical chocolate lover, I totally loved this one. Nothing can beat this one. It was a really tasty and mouth watering cup cake. Red velvet tiramisu bon bon: So tasty it was. Really liked it. It not only tasted good, but the presentation was also really nice. Nariyal pani pastry: Made with dark chocolate mousse combined with a rare combination of nariyal. It was made in the shape of a coconut. Truly amazing! Hazelnut dome: Another amazing one that i tried here. Really liked it. For drinks i tried: Lemon iced tea: A very nice and refreshing iced tea. A thumbs up. Cold coffee: Had a really amazing taste. So tempting. Had perfect amount of coffee and sugar. Overall, I really liked this dessert parlour and I’m surely going to visit this place again whenever I would be craving for delicious sweets.More

Dezertfox has been on my mind since a long time because I had heard about their desserts from so many people in my circle and I finally had a chance to try it! And boy what a beauty? 🤩 i tried the classic sacher one...which was basically a dome of dark chocolate and it was amazing! RECOMMENDED to the people who love bitter dark chocolate. The pineapple pastry looked really pretty, just like a tiny cute pineapple. However, it didn't impress me too much with the taste, in comparison to the others! The macroons: charcoal, paan, mango were good, just that it could've been a little less sweeter The best was the red velvet pastry which was in the shape of a really pretty heart! Much wow to my eyes. And it tasted delicious too. RECOMMENDED!More
