We attempted to order 3 different things from the menu but were told they were only for dinner, even a sandwich. It took us several attempts to get the waiter to actually come and take our order. When he came he was rude and dismissive. It was also not very clean and nothing that would let you enjoy a nice... More

Very tasty meals, prepared in front of you. Visited also by local people. Can eat in or take away. Great fresh juice corner as well.

It's a cafe at the 'other' end of the lake, away from the town. We found it perfect to combine with a walk around the lake itself. The food is good value, which is why it's a regular haunt for many locals eating curried rice by hand. My wife couldn't eat all of her seafood noodles, so we were supplied... More

This is our "go to" night kade every weekend and back up for not in a cooking mood... Good food and sometimes a little on the higher side but in general well worth money. The staff can really do with some customer service skills to take it to the accepted norm. Often grumpy when the crowd is higher. This filled... More

The food is very good and local. It was located conveniently near my hotel, so we had many meals there.

Food was okay, nothing to rave about, not worthy of position on trip advisor. Restaurant was small and dingy, on a main road, no atmosphere

This sounds like a garden centre cafe selling fry up's, however this serves excellent traditional Sri Lankan food. The hoppers and currys were recommend to us and they were great. Don't expect the place to be fancy, it's more for the food and good prices. Would eat there again.
