We only ate here once towards the end of our stay in Aguas Calinetes and totally regretted that! Very tasty food in a small modern restaurant. I can see why it is a little hard to find - you have to go up some stairs in a alleyway. Don't let that deter you though because this is truly a very... More

We came here for a late dinner after arriving in Aguas Calientes on the Inca Rail. After being in Peru for a week, we found the menu to be refreshingly creative with lots of lighter choices and a modern spin on traditional peruvian food. Great drink selections, too. We enjoyed the quinoa falafel and the quinoa/squash ravioli. Staff was friendly,... More

The treetop is a bit of an uphill hike but the food is worth it in my opinion the portion sizes were perfectly adequate for people who had been hiking all day. The food is inventive well prepared with really very nice presentation the waiters and the staff are helpful friendly willing to make it happen

Ok, we walked around Aguas Calientes not knowing where to eat, we looked up in Tripadvisor and found the tree house as number 1. They were nice enough to give us a table even though we didnt have a reservation. After that we had to wait 15 minutes to get our drink order taken. They waiter would never come, I... More

Unusual tasteful food combinations using local fruits and vegatables in a creative and interesting way. The Tree House is in a whole different category from the other restaurants in Aguas Calientes. It is for 'dining" not just eating.

We went there after our day in Machu Picchu and the atmosphere was very nice. The only thing is I found the prices a bit overrated compared to the food : the food was ok/good but not worth this amount of money.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant on our first night in AC. The trek to the restaurant was a bit tiring but well worth the effort! I had the grilled trout and it was very light and delicious. My husband had the alpaca and found it slightly over cooked but still very good! I watched the bartenders working and they seemed... More

This was a great little restaurant. Our hotel told us about this place and we wondered up the hill late one afternoon to check it out. (not necessarily to eat) ... it was a cute little quaint place so we went in for a cocktail .... well .... several cocktails, 3 appetizers, and an entree later..... (remember we were not... More
