Our guide may have set us up for disappointment by calling this the best pizza in the world. It was tasty, if a little salty, but far from the best pizza. In fact with no cheese, it really didn't seem like pizza.

This is a part of a sojourn from merzouga..wherein the taxi takes u to khamlil village ..and a look around the nearby areas .also giving a choice for lunch at Nora or the hotel u stay at . We opted for this . Apparently this is the best restaurant within the desert . However ..they had only salad and berber... More

Lovely food, friendly people, absolutely worth a visit. Berber pizza is the way to go! Hassan and his brother Bilal will take good care of you.

We went to this place during our road trip, originating in Marrakesh. It's a little out of the town of Merzouga, but easy to get to (either by taxi or your own vehicle). Best to order in advance as a good/proper Tagine can take hours to prepare (either pop in earlier in the day or get your guide/hotel to call),... More

And rightly so, don't do pizza's as a rule, this Berber Pizza was something else, we got some hot chili paste, bread, water, Moroccan tea, sliced apple with cinnamon and grapes all for 80dhm, for two, first class food and service

Found this restaurant by chance when visited Merzouga. Great staff and very good food. Got the pizza and Moroccan tea. Superb. The place itself is so charming.

You basically have to try Berber pizza if you're in this area of Morocco. And Nora is the place to try it. We sat in the nice, cool air conditioned area of the restaurant and were served a rice appetizer, a gigantic portion of Berber pizza, and a fruit dessert.

The Berber Pizza as it was billed was excellent. It was one of those pleasurable things that before hand there is a little apprehension but upon delivery was excellent. Somewhat Similar to a calzone, no tomato sauce but seasoned beef and veggie mixture with some egg I think. Kids liked it a lot (12,10). People, as just about everywhere in... More

Our guide in Morocco, a native of Merzouga, took us for lunch at Cafe Nora after our visit to the Gwana camp. The Cafe is owned by the Gwanans, and the food was fantastic! On our guide's recommendation, we ordered the Berber pizza. It was indescribably good, and almost too much for three of us to eat. But we ate... More
