This quirky restaurant is well located in the Old City - on the market square right in the heart of the tourist district. At first blush, its a total tourist trap - but, once you really take a look around and appreciate what the restaurant has to offer, you realize it's quirky personality makes it a true gem! As you... Other than being well-located with the best view of the plaza, the restaurant has interesting interiors and a very pleasant vibe. Servings are generous and the price just right. Everything we ordered were sensational. And the staff super friendly. Highly recommended.

This place is great. I really enjoyed the tagine, but the portion was small. It would be a great place to watch the sunset!

We had a lovely dinner - good local food. Service was fast and OK. We got a table on a balcony over viewing main square and Kazbah. On balcony and terrace there wasn't much space between tables and it was rather crowdy and noisy. Inside space is decorated like you would imagine Restaurant Aladin should be :). If you would... Decoration inside is amazing, however everything on the rooftop seemed old. Waiter looked like we bothered him by coming. I ordered chicken tagine and there was enough chicken for only couple bites. Otherwise food was a bit better then average.

This place holds an impressive position overlooking the main square of the old town, but it is not too clear how to get in. Once inside it is fairly spectacular décor very stylish but the top floor with the best views was still wet from the shower four hours prior. The service was slow and the food although perfectly adequate... More

The place was empty and remained so apart from one other table of 5 throughout the evening. Our guide brought us here. We weren't given menus and he rattled off what we could have so we picked a main and assumed (I know!) that the nibbles and cheese dips etc would follow as they have everywhere else. The bread was... Up a narrow and steep flight of stairs, you will find a pretty fun place to have an evening meal. I had the best squid tagine there, served so hot that my plate was boiling for about half of my meal. Our table overlooked the Qasaba - a 15th century fortified residence of the founder of Chefchaouen, that sits on... More

Was a hot day in april 2017 and we were a little exhausted of walking arount the village and we were hungry, so we decided to have lunch. We saw this restaurant with good views from the top, and decided to eat there. Good food, good attention, good views and not bad price, but not as cheap as we thought... More

I haved a dinner here with my friends. And the price for the menu (with starter, main course, dessert) just only 80dh (~8€). You can choose the table inside or outside with the city view by the balcony. And you should try Mint tea, this is a signature tea in Chefchaouen
