We stayed there one night before heading to Mahambo. The bungalows were very functional and somehow clean but in an average state. They do require some maintenance in order to renovate the bungalows. The food was good!
By far the best price value ratio in the capital village of sainte marie: spacious wooden bangalow, new mattress, clean and fresh sheets, big bathroom with hot water, several electricity outlets, decent resto and in walking distance to everything in the village. Highly recommended.

Our guide suggested we have lunch at La Bigorne on our way home from an excursion on Ile Ste-Marie. We ate outside on the terrasse and were happily surprised with the quality of food we found in this small restaurant off main street.
