Hotel room was well maintained. Good house keeping. Breakfast was delicious and buffet spread had several varieties. Restaurant ambience was good. Covid 19 hygiene protocol was observed by the restaurant staff and house keeping employees.

We 3 {my parents (senior citizens) & me} had the privilege of staying here from 27 Dec 2021 to 30 Dec 2021. The USP of this place is the excellent Hospitality Team. Right from the time of check-in till we checked-out the entire Team was...very helpful and considerate. They provided us with a Room which was very close to the reception and the restaurant. This avoided a lot of walking for my parents. Mr. Ram had gone out of his way to ensure this. The overall ambience was very festive. The lavish spread at the breakfast buffet was yummy, wholesome and one word - Simply Great. Special thanks to Shalletmary, their young executive who ensured we got excellent service. We strongly recommend her for an award for going out of her way to serve the guests. Subramaniam (Subbu), the person serving morning coffee /tea was another person who was helpful in getting our coffees to the balcony. Everyone had a smile on their faces. Their motto seemed, "Service with a (BROAD) Smile." The linen (bed-sheets, towels, etc.) was changed everyday. The icing on the cake was a box of laddoos, which the hotel gave us while departing. On the whole it was a marvelous experience and we will visit again in the near future.More

The stay was pleasant. Well maintained and courteous staff. Food was good and specially served with care by Mary. Great place to spend time with family and friends.

Had a very good experience at kodai international resort. I would strongly recommend this place to anybody who is expecting a peaceful stay. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Service provided by Mrs. Mary and Mr. Nandha kumar was awesome. House keeping service was also good....Reception incharge Mrs. Malar and Mr. Ram also took enough care on us and gave us a comfortable stay. The team especially Mr.Sam supported me very well in organising my daughter's birthday and it turn out to be a memorable day for my entire family. Thanks to the entire team.More

All staffs are very helpful... particularly Mrs. Mary done a excellent hospitality with mother's care.. Taken care of us with smile always... with Mother's care... Nicely done.. All the foods are very tasty ..

I must say that Orchard resturant which is located in Hotel Kodai International serves very good Veg and Non Veg food (South Indian as well as Other Indian cuisine).. The quality..taste and the wuantity of food is very good..economical.. The staff is very courteous, polite...and soft spoken..Mr Nandkumar was exceptional in his service.. Good work done by entire staff in resturant!!More

This place is close to our heart because we had fabulous memories here. Then we kept going to this place again and again and it never stopped surprising us- with the variety with the ambience and with the customer service.Highly recommended
