I think there are arrangements for chairs/stools for elderly persons, but I am not too sure. But it may be worthwhile making a request to the "sewadars" (the volunteers available there), and they should help. All the best... More

You can make arrangements for yourself to sleep in some of the gurudwara's in and around Golden temple. They do allow you to stay for sometime. With God's grace you may have enough food being served at langar there. You... More

Guru ka lungar is not a restaurant, but grace and blessings of wahe guru ji. It is to make people aware of this blessings, so that foreigners can enjoy the blessings.
