These noodles are not special or worth writing home about. We had: Fried Dumplings - pretty good Yangshuo noodles - sub par Eggs with leaks - ok Of the two dozen noodle dishes we had in china this was near the bottom.

I give the restaurant 4 stars, but the dumplings 5 stars. They are fantastic. The fried dumplings are 15 yuan so its a good deal. The owner is really friendly too.
