Stopped at Moon Hill Cafe on recommendation of our tour guide. My wife ordered stir fry veggies with chicken. She received a mountain of noodles with a smattering of vegetables along with a few scant pieces of chicken. Really bad. Upon presentation of the bill we found charges for napkins and even a fee for the bowls in which the... More

We visited this place after climbing the Moon Hill. Since it's the only place there, it does very well, but still it's reasonably priced. Nice waitress advised us the Sizzling Duck, which was very tasteful, though a bit greasy. Other staff wasn't very helpful, we had to fetch our own chopsticks and bowls. Nevertheless, this place felt rewarding after the... More

Had a great lunch of Lemon & Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice at this hidden cafe, whist enjoying the views of Moon Hill

The food prices here is slightly more expensive compared to other restaurants in the area but you are paying a slight premium for the Moon Hill view at the back of the restaurant. Dishes that I would recommend base on my experience is the Vegetable soup, Eggplant dish and Beer fish (ask for a fish with less bones). We ordered... More

As mentioned, probably the best place to have a meal before the unexpectedly tough climb up moonhill. Definitely not a climb you want to do on an empty stomach. May seem like a tourist trap but prices are fairly reasonable here (cheaper than the majority of guihua lane). Toilets are dark but more decent than those you get at the... More

We stop there because want to see a Moon Hill, but we didn't want to climb. So we ordered latte, cappuccino and chocolate milk. All the drinks had same taste of sand and milk. It was terrible taste and price... more expensive than in West Street or Shenzhen ( very expensive city in South China). But the view was ok:)

Moon Hill Cafe is a small place with various sit out areas under the shade. The entire area is small but a nice place to just relax in the afternoon. The location is great as this place has a large parking area and is at the foot of the Moon Hill. Where ever you sit you can see the beautiful... More

We were hungry after climbing up Moon Hill and ate here with our 2 kids aged 10 and 7. Food and service was fine if unremarkable. Toilets were horrible as is often the case!
