Very authentic restaurant: the smells, the decorations, the service.... I hunk it misses the stronger tastes of India, maybe to attract more public (and that's good) but for me it was a miss.

Tastes lacking the characteristic lovely intensity of Indian cuisine. The fish and the lamp tandoori were particularly bad. The seating area at the back where we sat was extremely hot and very bad ventilated and left us with all over our clothes with fried smell... Most disturbing of all were the bamboo dishes in which they serve naan breads and... More

Normally goat meat is served in Indian restaurants but its not available here so we use lamb.We only use premium fish BADEJO.Again,it might have differed from the fish you tried before.Bamboo plates are not dirty.since the breads are made in the tandoor... I've been all over this planet and unless you make it to Mumbai, you won't find better Indian food. Everything from the tandoori chicken to the daal masala -delicious!! We had a nice chat with the owner and he was genuinely glad we chose to eat at his establishment. When I return to São Paulo, I will be back.

Wow. I am always looking for great Indian food, no matter what country I'm in. This was a great choice. It was a 10 minute walk from our hotel, so it was easy to get to. The food was just fantastic. I would say it was probably the most authentic Indian food I've ever had. The service was fast and... More

I was visiting Sao Paulo and I was recommended by a friend to try this restaurant. I love Indian Cuisine, so I was interested in such a place. The food at this restaurant is amazing. I had the Bhindi Masala, and it was absolutely delicious. The owner of the restaurant was very kind and recommended certain additions to the meal... More

We had an amazing diner at Tandoor. Is the best tradicional indian restaurant of Sao Paulo. The owners are so kind and gave us lots of tips of indian vegetarian food. I absolutely recommend. Wish I could come back there soon.

If you intend to have a real Indian Cuisine experience that's the right place. Excelent and affordable option for vegetarians and non vegetarians with a menu plenty of choices. Confortab;e place with 3 dinning rooms but all the time they are taking care of you. Awesome experience for a quick lunch or even a relaxing dinner. If you are lucky... More

Since 1990, Tandoor offers Indian specialties in a cozy and casual environment. Upon arrival, adventurers are invited to take a journey to India. The restaurant welcomes guests with the replica of an Indian inspired palace door, along with sounds of Bollywood movies, as well as the scents and flavors of more than 70 typical dishes offered on the menu. The owners, a couple originally from Mumbai, selected the dishes carefully considering all kinds of palates, from those who enjoy spice in large, medium and small levels. Welcome to the most Indian restaurant in São Paulo.
