We ordered a cover (artisan bread and butter: all organic), two cold still waters and sparkling wine. We savor the cured duck magret and Italian bologna. We ordered a Cazuela Siciliana and an Octopus potatoes. All the dishes were delicious, with a beautiful presentation and perfect cooking. Excellent service from the entire team, done with great cordiality and care. We ended our gratifying experience with two well-taken coffees.

Good service. Perhaps it's the only good part of the famous Arturito, which we arrived with huge expectations, given chef Paola Carosella's celebrity status.
The decoration and accommodation are not impressive, we found it quite simple, but the maitre d' Peter was very friendly and attentive, as was the entire team.
However, the disappointment began with the starters: the “Grand Antepasti” is just a small dish with tiny olives, with a very hard texture, very few pieces of cheese and less than 8 (eight) slices of a very simple salami and film, the famous bread from the chef it came in just 3 small pieces, hard and for R$ 136. The veal carpaccio follows the same pattern of high price and few pieces. But the most serious case was the onion and cheese empanada, which was advertised as “well filled” to justify the R$29 per unit, but it is identical in size and flavor to the chef's own delivery which costs R$13. 67.
The main dishes didn't help, very simple and neutral. We tried seafood, pasta and meat, all technically well executed, but with nothing special, no personality or flavor that would stand out from an “ok” restaurant.
The dessert menu, very simple, followed the same pattern: completely without personality and neutral flavors.
Ultimately, the expectations created were unfortunately not met, perhaps when the chef was there personally commanding the kitchen the result would have been different. I think it's fair to pay something more for a surprising experience, but that's not what happened here.

Beautiful atmosphere, impeccable service and SENSATIONAL food! Yes, it's an expensive restaurant, but it's worth every penny.
We ordered the Mimi Scallops (2 units R$ 43) and the very fresh Oysters (3 units R$ 36) as a starter. The oysters, as the name suggests, were perfectly fresh and delicious… but what about those scallops? I swear I've never eaten anything so absurdly delicious before. I wanted to order a bucket of just them!! They are baked in butter with a little parmesan crust, and contrary to what you might think, there is no fat left in your mouth. Seriously, just ask! It's from another world!
For main dishes we ordered the artisanal ricotta gnocchi (R$ 120 for an individual dish) and the Brazilian beef cut (R$ 178 for an individual dish), and both were incredible! The gnocchi is a spectacle and comes with a DIVINE handcrafted sausage as a side dish. It's a very well served dish and the proportions of gnocchi and protein were perfect. The cut of meat was also to die for! A huge piece of meat perfectly cooked, surreally tasty, accompanied by a wonderful oven-roasted potato.
For dessert we ordered the Choux a la creme (R$42) to share. The choux pastry was just the right amount of crunch, with a cream filling that makes my mouth water just thinking about it, finished with a semi-sweet chocolate sauce. It's not a very sweet dessert, not at all cloying. I loved!
All in all, without a doubt the best gastronomic experience of my life. I will come back more often and recommend it to everyone!

Terrible presentation of dishes, horrible crockery, horrible finish. Soggy and cold empanada, shrimp came very cooked and on a terrible white dessert plate and to make matters worse we called the sommelier because we thought the wine was vinegary and he said he had tried the wine and it was ok, we asked him, did you try our wine, like? Where? He said yes and we were really distracted and didn't see him open the wine, nor did he show us the cork. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I will not return nor recommend it.

This restaurant already had its reputation, but now it is so-so. The decor remains simple, the service is good, but the food is quite bland. High prices and little flavor. For starters, squid in sauce and garlic shrimp. I've eaten better. There are few cuts of meat, and on the menu they mention “Brazilian meats”.. the Brazilian cut was ancho!!!.. my ricotta gnoc was very bland and too soft (120 reais)... and at the end of the meal I suggested that there are Better olive oils to use than the Gallo brand. I took my wine and the good part is that customers who pay with Mastercard are exempt from the corkage fee.
Based on the overall assessment, I won't be back. I do not recommend .

Arturito is very good. Impeccable food as always. I've been to the house a few times and particularly this last time, I noticed the service was a little inattentive. It was my birthday and I ordered dessert. I didn't win and I thought the denial was bold. I paid for it and it came with a candle. I noticed a strange atmosphere among the employees. The manager, out of the blue, “suggested” us to order the main dishes, luckily we already wanted to order them. A good gastronomic experience with better service.

The famous Carosela restaurant was approved. We ordered a very good carpaccio starter with toast and there was pasta with prawns. Top drinks and wine too. Prepare your wallet, it's not cheap at all, but it's worth seeing that they do everything with great care and high quality products.

I've been wanting to visit the restaurant for a long time because of the chef. I wasn't disappointed, contrary to several reviews I see.
I found the menu a little limited, but my wife, my daughter and I ordered 3 different dishes, we tried them all and they were all very good.
The price is indeed a little steep, but it is in line with other restaurants at the same level and competitors in the city.
I considered it a good experience, with great service.

“Arturito is a restaurant more focused on the visual than the gastronomic experience. Inputs, like carpaccio, have a high salt content — basically meat, salt and an excessive amount of supermarket pot shrimp. Weak wine letter, simply a shelf of the Sugar Bread. The most recommended dish, the rigatoni, was basically “bacon” vulgo guanciale with pepper; any Italian would be indignant at the lack of care with the pasta. In short: a disappointment, with excess salt and alcaparras!”

Perfect. Immaculate food and service. Price according to the experience offered. We ordered carpaccio and bread with entry butter, noble meat cut and ricotta raviolini as main dish and dessert chocolate mousse, plus a negroni.
All wonderful. A special highlight for the raviolini, those dishes that excite through the taste, subtlety, harmony and quality of the ingredients.
I'd come back 1000 times.

It was simply a disappointment. This week there was no executive lunch. The menu is super limited, few options and expensive. A small, simple fish for R$152.00 was good, but the very simple pasta, also for almost R$100, was not al dente. In São Paulo we have better options with more attractive prices.

Well decorated restaurant with great service and music in the ideal volume. We ordered a Ricota Ravioli (incredible.... delicious sauce), Caesar salad, bitter chocolate mousse and Paola soda. Very nice environment with delicious food. A lot of choice for those who like chicken and fish like me.... already my boyfriend, even preferring beef, loved the Caesar salad!

I really wanted to meet Arturito. We were there at the beginning of our vacation and our experience was very good! All the dishes we ordered were delicious. I commented at the time, even, that the care and delicacy in the presentation of the dish was noticeable. The place is very nice, the service is very good and the reception was very nice. I would love to have met Paola, but you will stay for the next time!

First of all, the reception was incredibly friendly. I ordered the gnocchi and it melted in the mouth, delicious, I found the sausage a little spicy, but for me it was acceptable. The dessert, pavlova, was also very delicious. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service.
