I went to the restaurant after reading very favorable reviews. I expected a very simple place with great Greek food. The place was indeed simple, but the food was only ordinary, overpriced and far from great. I ordered roasted veal, which tasted ok, but was served in a plate too small for the portion. Overall, I did not like the... More

This is a proper Greek diner - you order your selection from the kitchen at the back, pointing to what you like the look of, though there is also a menu board. The servings are huge. You get a basket of white bread, olive oil, and chili sauce on the table. The desserts of the day are on display behind... More

The place is located in a weird neiborhood. Tables are very close to each other. An extremely noisy place. No decent wines. The food is extremely expensive for their quality. Definitely would not recommend.

A very good Greek food in a traditional and familiar restaurant. The portions are enough to share. Try the antipasto and the greek salad before ordering the moussaka or the fried shrimp with cheese. The kitchen is opened and all the food they have on menu for the day are displayed so you can choose what you want to eat... More

This restaurant worth the visit. Fair prices, excellent food and very warm service, always supervised by the owner, lovely Mr. Trasso. You have to choose your main dish directly in the kitchen - don't miss delicious mussaka and the amazingly well cooked lamb. Desserts are also tasteful, especially the galactobuireco, but all of them are just great. Portions are huge,... More

I went here once as I really wanted to try some food from my home country and see what it is like in Brazil. Surprisingly this restaurant is very original, some classical Greek dishes. I was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the food though, it's not one of the better Greek restaurants I've been to. It's really... More

We have just had an early dinner at this old-time eatery and are happy to report that nothing has changed. It is still located in the garment district, still has the faded posters of tourist sights in Greece, still make you go to the kitchen to pick the dish you want, still has the same cheap tables and chairs, still... Great, traditional Greek food in São Paulo. Come early or later than usual eating time, normally it is really crowded during weekend! Do not expect comfort. It is about the experience. There you will find (really find, there is no menu in the table, stand up and go choose your food! :)) a great deal of Greek food. Sea food... More

I had read a lot of reviews and articles about this place - so a visit was long overdue. I visited the restaurant on a very very hot summer afternoon and was lucky not to wait for too long - there is no much room for waiting inside, and the temperature outside the restaurant was unbearable. Do not expect any... More
