It was a very good experience with the food, the price is normal for the quality and they have many wine choices. The girl at the restaurant reception is very friendly! The frustration was being informed that the tasting menu is mandatory to order the same dishes for two, for example, I'm vegetarian and my boyfriend is not, so we can't try a tasting menu. I think the restaurant should be more flexible. The app does not work to make a reservation,

Great fine dining in Santos, SP. Food was excellent, service was excellent. The decor is nice. The perfect place for a special occasion, or just treat yourself.

It is a very sophisticated Restaurant. They serve all types of food, from steaks to all types of seafood. They also have a great wine selection!

We were looking for a good restaurant and went to Elo. The food was fantastic, amazing (We had smoked tartar and octopus as a starter and then as main course file and duck). Also the modern design is fantastic. ONLY one thing is not perfect: The Service. We needed to wait 15 minutes until someone took our empty plates, to order a second drink you can scream or you leave it waiters here are not spending full attention to their guests. BUT we will come back -for sure!

Have dinner at this restaurant, bread is brought warm in a paper basket with different flavors and a tray with some dips.

We had the Elo4 tonight. ...steak tartare and rack of lamb. Both were average but not worth a visit. The rack of lamb turns out as breaded lamb chops. ...rather dry and not flavorful. Steak tartar lacked the egg and seasoning. At 99 Reais the food was average for the price. Service could also have been better.

As the number one in trip advisor we had great expectations. Luckily Every single one of them were met. We got to the restaurant at 20:30. It was still very quiet. Apposed to other reviews, we received an English menu. The food was amazing, the Spanish shrimp dish and the rack of lamb are amazing! For us the best meal we had in São Paulo/ Guaruja/ santos.
The service was great too. The waitress spoke enough English to serve us. The service was high level but still very friendly and spontaneous. The second my glass of wine started to become empty the waitress was there to refill.
Great atmosphere, great food and great service. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting santos or Guaruja.

The restaurant had a nice ambient and decor making you feel welcome once you step foot through the font doors. The service from the staff was exceptional and highly attentive. We had chosen Option number 4 which had Starter, Entree, Main and Dessert. The starter was great, we were given an olive oil aperitif, which popped in our mouths, and three different types of mini breads, freshly baked as the smell and texture of the bread was baked perfectly. Along with the bread was butter with Brazilian nuts, this was outstandingly amazing, I can spread this on bread any day! Also there were two different types of paté's made for the day, one tasted like Spring onion and the other one was like red pepper. For the Entree we had ordered Perfect egg which was cooked to perfection with 62.8 degrees. The egg was to die for, it was creamy and mixed together with the mashed cassava was heaven. The other entree we had ordered was the Salmon Creme Brulee, this was a savoury dish and was just ok. Now for the main dish I had ordered with great expectations, the Duck Confit, expecting a lot with this dish, when it was served, the presentation of the dish was spectacularly done, however unfortunately the dish in itself had failed every taste bud, it was unbearable to eat, every bite was awful. The duck was overcooked, it was dry and had NO flavour whatsoever, the accompanied red wine sauce which I thought would compliment the duck's tasteless status was appalling, it was just plain and bitter. The whole dish lacked salt or some sort of tanginess. On the other hand my boyfriend had ordered the Fideuá de camarão, this was amazing, the prawns with the thin pasta mixed with a tasty sauce, however it was overly salted. For the dessert we had the Three flavour Panna Cotta and the Chocolate, Chocolate and Chocolate. The panna cotta was great, especially the one with the passionfruit sauce as it was able to still provide the amazing vanilla bean panna cotta texture, where as the raspberry and the mango sauces had overpowered the Vanilla Bean panna cotta. Overall the experience was ok, however if the duck confit hadn't been dreadfully awful, it would have made the food experience at ELO sensational. Not recommended, just average.

A group set dinner reservations at opening (7:30 pm) at a relatively new spot in Santos (4+ months old). 4 hours later, a bottle of champagne, 4 bottles of Brazilian & Chilean wine and dessert drinks, we were ready to leave our private room. The place is really neat, unique with awesome service. The "Hillbilly Risotto" seemed the favorite, though my hand-made ravioli with béchamel and a filet was awesome too. The entire evening was worth another stop and I highly recommend ELO for couples, groups or a solo.

Service from start to finish is excellent. The food is made with passion and visual is a small artwork, very nice. Prices are good for Brazilian standards where everything is usually overpriced. Excellent wine chart with a range of the smaller less known vineyards. A gem is the Carmenere 2012 from the Chilean house Canepa. For deserts an excellent variety. Restaurant layout good with a wine cellar upstairs. Also they have a private dining room upstairs for groups with can be closed for more privacy.
They have now been open for app 4 months.

I won't be back, the meat was of poor quality, even though it was almost raw, it remained hard, fibrous, it looked like it had been defrosted 5 minutes before being placed on the grill, small portions and cold. It was just over 250 reais for a terrible dinner
