This restaurant is quite different from the others, it has an interesting decoration and the food is great! Really a must go for french cusine lovers, the creme brulée is the best here in town. Only thing that dissapoints a little is the service.

This is the first time I've been there, but I'm sure we will come back many times. The place is very cozy with low lights ( good for couples and a romantic dinner ). I was really surprised with the food, very very tasty. You can take your own wine and the chef Davi is always present, taking the plates... More

The restaurant is amazing, the decoration is just marvelous and the owner, chef David is the man. He keep in touch with his costumers, take some selfies to post at his facebook page and the best of it all is the food. The choices we have and the taste is great. The people who serve are amazing and very polite.... More

Yes, it's an enjoyable place, especially for dinner, with all the lights and neons and umbrellas hanging from the ceiling, suitable service, and for that I would give three, maybe even four stars. The real disappointment is the quality of the food, for a so-called french chef it lacks a lot of technique, and serious inspiration. I've already eaten there... More

First of all it is important to say that the restaurant has changed its address. Please check the new (it is at Rua Fagundes Varela, 812). The restaurant does not charge if you take your own bottle of wine (for those who are interest it is a good thing). As I drink beer, the restaurant does not offer many options... More

Bistrot do David is a frech/brazilian combination. The service is very good and friendly. All the ceiling is full of umbrellas (inside some umbrellas you can see dirty). Although, I recommend this restaurant. I ordered a "Duck Confit" and my wife orderd an Entrecot with gorgozola sauce. Both really good.

Some visitors nominate this as the best French restaurant in Curitiba. That may well be true, but the overall tendency in the kitchen is still very Brazilian. Hearty portions with strong, no-nonsense flavours, but definitely not subtle! For me the sauce bearnaise is a favourite with a good steak. In this restaurant the meat seemed to be OK, but it...
